“I have been a Verizon customer for almost four years, with four phone lines, home internet, and several watches. Verizon has normally provided a level of internet and cellular service that other companies could not match for me. Unfortunately, around the end of May, my service dropped dramatically. For nearly three months, I constantly called Verizon for help. I made more than 30 phone calls and spoke with 29 different customer-service representatives, but I still could not get a practical solution. It was exhausting having to repeat my situation over and over without meaningful progress. This week, I came into this Verizon store and met Jose Padilla. He completely changed my experience and is the main reason I decided to stay with Verizon. Jose sat down with me, listened to my situation with compassion, and gave me straightforward, practical solutions. He also took the time to break down my bill and explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. On top of that, he was willing to see whether Verizon could offer compensation for the nearly three months I struggled to get help. Most importantly, Jose found a simple solution that improved my home internet speed from around 100 Mbps to nearly 300 Mbps. We are still working on my cellular service, but because of the care, knowledge, and honesty Jose showed, I am now even considering adding more lines. Verizon needs more employees like Jose: people who are down-to-earth, knowledgeable, compassionate, and able to speak to customers clearly and practically. It should not take 29 representatives and 30-plus calls to receive a solution that one competent employee can help provide in one store visit. I hope Verizon reviews my case and recognizes Jose Padilla for the outstanding service he provided. His customer-service approach should be used as an example for other employees, especially outsourced phone representatives, so no one else has to go through what I did. I would recommend this location to anyone who has had a bad Verizon experience in the past. There are great new people here, and Jose Padilla is a major reason I chose to remain a Verizon customer.”

“I hate dealing with phones, but Joey made the experience smoothe and was tremendously helpful. I ended up coming back to him after a year because I remembered how he went out of his way to pick up a Gizmo watch from another store for my son. This time, he again went out of his way to try to deal with customer service for us so we could save money. I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and really appreciate the quality of service and support. The team is always helpful and responsive, and the products have been great overall. It would be fantastic if existing customers could be rewarded with better pricing or upgraded hardware options — a small gesture that goes a long way in showing appreciation for returning clients. Still very happy with the experience and looking forward to staying a long-term customer.”

“Came to this store because it was in between elderly relatives and myself, both coming from about 25 miles. They needed help with correcting the rip off phones and service they were scammed into buying at Sam's Club in the Midway area. Victor S assisted us with great professionalism, patience and understanding. After about 3 hours and Victor making multiple calls to T-Mobile customer service (which I was on the phone with for 3 hours the night before trying to clear up the mess), Victor got everything rectified and even was able to get them a credit for what was claimed to be an unpaid first billing. Victor is such a great example of what customer service should be! Give this guy a well-deserved raise! Thank you, Victor! You are great!!!”

“I had a great experience with Eric C at this T-Mobile. I called ahead to see if someone was available to help me and some family members and he assured me he'd be happy to help, and to ask for him when I arrived. He was focused and very helpful in setting up a new account and fixing an existing one. He was very patient with us and while on the phone with competitor companies as we changed plans. He also went above and beyond to accommodate us to make sure we were comfortable and understood what the process was. Again, my family and I were very pleased with the care he took to help us and I recommend him and this store.”

“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. Sending Paul a big thanks for facilitating this in our business and helping to keep us up to date with today's advances in technology! We are excited to see how this continues to help us grow our small business!”

“BTI Communications Group was phenomenal to work with on our new corporate (Cook Media) distribution warehouse in Elgin. David and Adam are true experts in their field—they not only installed our access control, interior - exterior cameras, and intercom systems with speed and professionalism, but also problem-solved many of our security questions to make the system as efficient as possible. Even when challenges came up, they responded quickly and kept operations moving. They also returned to train our staff, so we felt fully confident with the new system. “Miguel helped us switch over from AT&T. He and the other two staff members there were all so nice and helpful in switching our plan over to T-Mobile. They engaged all costumers as they walked in and just let them know someone would be with them as soon as possible and no one waited more 10 minutes to be assisted. We got iPhones and the watches were included which was nice and unexpected and they showed us all the perks T-Mobile offers on their app, also unexpected. At the end of it we will also be saving about $100 per month on our bill.”
