“It was "Okay". Picture frame broken, stained curtain, but overall clean for the most part. Would stay here again if needed.Stayed here for a show at Fitzgerald's in Berwyn. About a 30 min drive away, but found this location worked best for us coming from Michigan.”

“This is an older motel that has been improved. Rooms are cozy quiet and lots of extra touches to make it like a studio apartment. Coffee and sweet roll offered. Low priced so you can afford a big breakfast at a nearby pancake house.Safety: Very safe.”
“I'm a Hilton Diamond member, stayed at this property because my company booked it. It is a fantastic hotel, big room, separate seating area, nice spotless bathroom, amazing TV channels selection. Great bed, fat pillows. Kinda made my last few Hilton stays look bad.”

“Georgio's is an amazing place to have any banquet or professional event that you can think of or name. I recently received a school safety award at their location and it was phenomenal. Let's keep in mind that I have did a ton of different photography events such as weddings and anniversaries and professional events here but this was the first time I was ever a recipient of their amazing service. The event was the Archbishop James P Lyke African-American male image award and there were at least 700 people for this event and the place had room for everyone. The location had spaces for the recipients of the award to get prepared and take pictures not to mention the main lobby where other people could still take pictures and check in. The entire experience was amazing and I'm sure if you checked out reviews from other people who were there they were also say the same thing. Ask for the food it was pretty well seasoned. The rainbow sherbet was world class. I know that sounds interesting but that rainbow sherbet was everything. This all around experience was one to remember.”

“I love this place we spent the night in the Elate room and let me tell you it was so relaxing with my girlfriend we spent hours in the large jacuzzi. And loved the huge shower they have. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fun sexy and relaxing time.”
“Gennifer provided above and beyond customer service during our stay. We decided to drive to hometown for the holidays from AZ and early check in was a breeze. My first time staying in a Best Western hotel in years. The hotel chain has stepped their game up. Lol Rooms are clean, up to date, and well kept overall. Clock has wireless charging and multiple electric outlets in room. Body towels are newer and oversized beach style a plus. The noise level and environment is pretty chill. Gym is a nice size with up to date machines and weights. The pool is closed at the moment but it’s winter. Lol Breakfast was usual continental style with cute waffles best western logo on them. Parking was not an issue during this stay. Definitely will return when on this side of town.”

“Needed a room by the airport for the night because of a very early flight. We checked in pretty late, but our room was ready, clean and warmed up. The temperature outside was in the negatives and the heat in the room was turned up so we warmed up instantly. We went out for dinner and when we returned we asked for a coffee pot and the man behind the desk quickly got one for us. We have had a good experience at every location of Extended Stay America and this was no exception. We will continue to stay at these hotels.”
“This hotel is excellent. The rooms I've stayed in were clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bathroom was in perfect condition, the toilet worked in every room, and the beds were more than to be desireable. The price was very affordable and the staff is professional not to mention very accommodating. I have no complaints about this place and I have stayed in many hotels throughout the country. I plan on staying here for the duration while in this state. I give The Best Inn and Suites Hotel a Complete 5 Star Rating. Ms. Corelene the GM is kind, patient, and very easy to speak with. The young lady who works second shift is also very pleasant to deal with. They both always have a smile on their faces when greeting you. The housekeeper Mary Lynn is also very efficient and nice. No matter what is asked of her she alway responds very politely. I would and have recommended this place to my friends and family. Thank you staff for all you do and are doing...”

“Honestly we were here just long enough to crawl into bed, wake up, and catch a shuttle to the airport which was why we're there. But we didn't experience much of the hotel. Rooms were clean, but are about due for a remodel. The staff was kind. It's perfect location if you have a 5 am flight and want to be closer to the airport instead of getting up at 2 am to leave from home (or wherever). There is a free shuttle but it stops at several hotels until they are packed full so keep that in mind for your time line and consider an Uber instead of money isn't an issue.”

“My family and I was here for one week and our room was clean smells clean and the clerks was very nice to us, we didn't stay the whole two weeks like I thought because our house was ready to come back home and I got my refund back from those unused days. so yes I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay longer, but just follow the rules and clean your room cuz they only come twice a week to clean as it said in the order.”

“Good deal for the price. We were looking for a bug-free clean place to stay with a good breakfast and that’s what we got. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage, biscuits/gravy, waffle maker, fresh cut fruit including melons pineapple and oranges and omelettes during the week. Not for anyone looking for a pool/spa, business center or fitness center because all of those amenities were closed. Yes there are stains on the couch and carpet, but it was clean. Slow tub drainage in room 105, but did not see 1 bug during our 3 night stay and that was most important.Food & drinks: Good breakfasts”
