“receptionists, please for the safety and peace of mind towards your guests [especially guests who are women] DO NOT say their room number out loud. i might not be a target, but i've heard stories of OTHERS whose safety has been at risk and compromised [not here, but from social media stories that people actually experienced] anyway, check in was fine. i was the only guest in the lobby i don't know if she was used to doing that since i'm sure she's been on that job for a while .. she said my room number aloud. which ticked me off. [i left a similar note on another review] safety in this *world* is important [no foul play when i say this, i went to a mainstay hotel days later and the receptionist said my room # aloud with a stranger in the midst!] quality of the room: great ! 8/10 the beds slept really nicely the service was *fine* with the exception of saying one's room number aloud. the 6 served its purpose.”

“We stay the weekend at this hotel it was absolutely worth it. The room was beautiful when we walked in we got champagne and glasses in the pool was so nice it was warm the jacuzzi was so nice and warm the beds were comfortable in the staff there were absolutely fantastic. Alex is the one who checked us in and I ran out of coffee and I asked for more coffee and Alex it's so nice he got coffee for me and sent straight to my room. The only thing we were worried about was location it was outside the ghetto it is not in Frankfort it's outside of Frankfort. Even then it was not bad it was like 5 minutes away from Frankfort and Frankford the location is just wonderful they have so many restaurants and so many activities.”

When the hotel sent it back to us it came with a letter (and pictures) of the dinosaur having adventures all over the hotel. It was so sweet and my little boy LOVED it. “Harry the night manager was very instrumental in retrieving our reservation after the reservation was canceled due to my not understanding the check in text message prior to our arrival at the hotel. He did an excellent job explaining the process of some hotels cancellations are done if you fail to contact the hotel while traveling to the destination. Our check in time was 3:00p but we didn’t arrive until 2:30a the next morning. He was able to handle the situation with prompt and professional assistance provided. I had to update this review after getting my credit statement with $840.00 cancellation fee for a three day stay. I am having second thoughts about staying at any hotel that adds these types of charges to my hotel bill even if I stay at the hotel! I can understand the charge if you don’t arrive at the hotel but not if you arrive at a later time.”

“I’ve been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks, and I’m glad I’m finally doing it. As I look back, this was one of the best days our family has ever had together. I travel a lot, and when it comes to customer service, staff attentiveness, and that overall feeling of genuinely being cared for, this place is hard to beat. Everyone was on the same team, on the same page … you could tell each person understood the role they play and took real pride in it. That kind of culture doesn’t happen by accident. The facility was clean and inviting. The location was super convenient, which made the whole stay delightful. But honestly, what stood out most was just the feeling of the place. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun. A huge shout-out to the entire staff: you made something truly special for our family. I can’t recommend this place more highly.”

Pool ( smaller) was open and warm which is becoming more of a treat then a standard with hotels in this star range, amenity and price. Breakfast was decent. Over all I would stay here again.”

James, the evening shuttle driver, is very nice and does his best to accommodate everyone’s needs.”

The lady working was so very nice. My dogs were very comfortable the dog station is right out front. That helped me feel safe. “Oh my god Ms. Beth? Amazing. What a jem. It was first time to Chicago and this woman made me feel like I could gab to her like she had been in my life forever. What a wonderful woman. Such a GREAT attitude. Idk what that woman is paid but she deserves a RAISE. So professional but SO down to earth. She comes dressed to IMPRESS every day! She went above and beyond. When my company books hotels on Chicago I will request this location EVERY TIME. Ms. Beth ALONE makes it worth the visit. The beds? Not the usual plush Holiday but not bad. Rooms are usual holiday standard. No microwave in the room. But if you're real kind to Ms. Beth she will help you out. She ALONE made my Holiday experience. If there's one thing I've learned being a boss, its that your employees make your team and leadership great. Don't loose this one. She makes the hospitality above and beyond. She made me feel like being welcomed home by my mother.”

“So we stayed extended at this motel and I wanted to give credit where credit was due. First and foremost, shout out to Sandy who works behind the front desk. She is very efficient at her job and cares about customer experience. She was so very kind our entire stay. Also, officer Young was a nice dude. He has to come around with Sandy to make sure everyone is checking out on time and he does it with poise. I'm glad they gave her backup. Now for the rooms. I enjoyed the shower it was very spacious. I wish there was better water pressure but having working water worked for me. Never had plumbing issues with anything so that was good too. Microwave and fridge worked well, and beds were comfy. AC never blew out once, and sheets and towels were fresh on our chosen days of Monday and Friday. The channels were decent (definitely grateful for comedy central) It was never super loud inside or outside of the motel and police were ever present. The young Indian guy who works the front desk was easy to work with and Ries on night shift is great as well; very pleasant and easy to talk to. I do have a few issues to speak of. Firstly, I did not care for the elderly housekeeper who works with her sons trying to get me kicked out. We cleaned our own room and she got disciplined for saying she did it and tried to take it out on us and that was foul as we were nothing but kind to her Everytime we saw her. I thought we were just making her workload a little lighter. Also, there is an elderly woman who works nights who can be very I'll mannered for no reason. She makes it known that she disapproves of less clothing by looking you up and down with the nastiest look on her face, judging as you walk by. I've seen her do it to other women and had to go through it myself. And the main takeaway is NO BEDBUGS NOT ONCE LBVS! I am so grateful we didn't have any big issues because sometimes that is definitely a problem. Overall I give it a 4 out of five stars and definitely will use this motel in the future if needed. Thank you to the staff for having us and helping us through a very trying time.”
