“I had a great stay at Best Western Plus in Alton, IL. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh throughout my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond whenever I needed assistance.
One feature I really appreciated was the 24-hour coffee machine, I took advantage of it several times, and it was a great convenience. There was also easy access to drinking water on every floor, which was a nice touch.
The hotel felt safe, well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without any issues. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”
“This Super 8 is the cleanest, most friendly place a person could ever stay. The breakfast in the morning is always fresh and plentiful as if you were at a restaurant. The staff here is accommodating in every way. The rooms are supplied with clean towels and linen. The air quality is very cold for your room to be as desired. The building and surroundings are in very good shape and the area is safe and has the feeling of home. I have stayed at many different hotels before but this place truly rises above them, and makes you feel like you want to stay longer. Thanks Super 8 for this wonderful experience.”
