“These guys are the best. Consistently the most lowest price out of any gas station in arlington heights and even the stuff inside is marked with fair price….mohammed is really generous guy”

“Went here because of an Upside discount. Nice place with new pumps and a nice car wash. Convenience store was clean and well stocked, but men's restroom had piss all over the floor around the urinal. Pricing fair for the area, made better by using the Upside discount. Turn your car off and keep your head on a swivel while pumping gas, this is the corner of town that's seeing an exponential increase in crime recently. Get your gas, but maintain situational awareness.”

“Good store. The most important thing is that it’s close to home, you can take a walk to breathe fresh air and drink delicious coffee ☕️. We often buy seeds, ice cream ?, chips and all sorts of delicious sweets. Pleasant, friendly communication with clients from the staff.”

“Employees are helpful when you need them. Pharmacy is very helpful. Prices though are a little on the higher side, especially for any groceries needed in an emergency.”

“It's not everyday you walk into a 711 and have great customer service. It usually sucks. But today the women who checked me out was so sweet, she made my morning. Shout out to you Ms, keep being a ray of sunshine!! (11am Monday June 28th because I didn't catch her name)”

“My husband and I moved into Luther Village 10 months ago and we absolutely love it. We joined the swim exercise group and our instructor,Katie is the best. They have monthly meetings to inform residents about the various programs that are available to all.The facilities are well maintained and they are constantly improving all the buildings. Anytime you have a question, the staff is always available to help. We also enjoy the store, the bank and the beauty salon that is so convenient for all of us. We would would also like to add that the 2 restaurants are outstanding and our family and friends totally agree. We would give Luther Village 5 stars!!!”

“This was my "home" Walgreens before I moved. I went here for my prescriptions, annual flu vaccine, and other health care needs. I recently had to go this pharmacy when my new pharmacy couldn't fill a prescription. This Walgreens was able to fill the prescription and get it to me quickly. I find their app to be extremely helpful. I can schedule vaccine appointments and order prescription refills easily from the app. I enjoy that they have apparel and other items from the local high schools. A portion of those sales are given back to the schools. I have also had a positive experience at the photo department. My parents still order their Christmas cards here. The rest of the store is ridiculously overpriced and I avoid it when I can. I recommend this Walgreens for all of your health care needs.”

“I’ve been shopping at this 7-11 store for a while. Alfa who is one of the owners has always been gracious while baking their delicious cookies 2/$1.00 yum. Help she hires are always courteous and ready to find for you whatever you need. Love this store.”

“best walgreens in the area. manish and karen are the regular pharmacists and they are both very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. the phone wait is never more than a few minutes (maybe 5-7 min if at a busy time) which is unheard of nowadays. all of the techs are kind and hard working even when clearly short staffed.”

“I'm writing this to give huge kudos to a manager named Mo. I learned something new today. Turns out the "refill by" date on your prescription actually means "PICK UP BY" not "REFILL BY." I noticed at the beginning of November that my husband's migraine medication (which is NOT a controlled substance or even any kind of painkiller) had one refill left by 11/20/19. So I called in the refill at the beginning of November. I got several emails notifying me that the prescription was ready, but it was several weeks before I had a chance to pick it up. So I went to pick it up today, and quite typically, the pharmacy was significantly understaffed with a very long line and two cars in drive through and the phone ringing off the hook. The man who took care of me was not a regular pharmacy employee and couldn't locate the prescription. I showed him one of the emails in my phone telling me the prescription had been filled. He noted the email was a few weeks old and he said that if people didn't pick up Rxs by a certain time, then they "unfill" it. Which I understood; while waiting for prescriptions in the past I'd overheard staff calling people to tell them their prescriptions would be gone if they didn't come get them soon. I hadn't gotten any phone call like that, but I did admit it had been about 3 weeks since I called in the refill. He disappeared to discuss with pharmacy staff then came back and told me THERE WERE NO REFILLS LEFT ON THE PRESCRIPTION SO THEY CONTACTED THE DOCTOR AND YADA YADA YADA. I knew THAT WAS NOT TRUE. I knew there was one more refill on this medication. I knew from my vast past experience with Walgreens pharmacy that they would not have sent me an email with the price unless the refill was packaged up and ready to go. I tried to tell him any of this, but he was more concerned about the long line of people behind me than addressing my concerns. So I walked away from pharmacy in utter frustration. I just can't handle being lied to, and I was standing there steaming, when I saw Nelum, a store employee who is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, and she asked me what was wrong, and I asked her if I could speak to a manager. Wonderfully helpful as always, Nelum promptly got me a manager, my hero Mo, who LISTENED to me and understood what I was saying and my concerns. He went to the pharmacy and came back explaining the full situation, that I was correct that there was a remaining refill and it had been filled .... BUT the prescription expired November 20. If I had come to pick it up before November 20 then there wouldn't have been an issue. THAT WAS ALL I WANTED! I wanted the truth - not to be lied to because that was quicker/easier or because the person filling in at the pharmacy didn't understand the situation (that's me giving him the benefit of the doubt. I didn't catch the name of the employee filling it at pharmacy who lied to me ... but he made a point of letting me know he used to be a Boy Scout and that's why it was important for him to take a few minutes to set up the plastic bags at his station before starting to help customers.) Anyway I can't thank Mo enough... although I did try to let him know how grateful I was to have the truth. Yes I still left there without the prescription, BUT THANKS TO MO, I AT LEAST UNDERSTAND WHY!! Managers in training, take a lesson from Mo! He alone is why this is a positive review and not a negative one. (Well him and Nelum - her smile always brightens my day!) And to the Boy Scout who filled in at the pharmacy -- please tell your customers the truth even if it takes longer than lying to them!!!!”

“There are really no negatives when it comes to Walgreens. They have everything I need, all in one place. People are really helpful when you need to find something and this particular Walgreens carries a lot of different drink options when I'm in the mood for something different. Plus, Walgreens now sells wine. Pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and eager to be of service. Other staff always ask if they can be of assistance. Store is always clean as are the restrooms. I'm glad to have such a quality Walgreens in my neighborhood!!! That is just fantastic.”

“While the website inaccurately portrayed available inventory, I found Mike handled the situation with superb customer service. Thank you Mike for representing Walgreens so professionally and finding a way to make things right. My visit was on 5-14-23.”

“Great customer service. The pharmacist, Teg is exceptionally customer oriented. On more than one occasion, he has helped me with medication issues or questions He took extra time to help me get a refund when my new insurance card wasn’t arrived yet and I needed a medication so paid out of pocket. They were busy, but he still took the time to take the extra steps so that I could get a refund. Very appreciative of people like him and the staff at the pharmacy.”
