Second time (today) I walked 25 minutes there in the cold weather with my young son and then realised I had forgotten my phone (needed to register). “I am primarily reviewing this place based on Lab and not urgent care. As for my service here, I was pleased. You sign your name in for the lab, someone from registration gets it, they get you registered and then you wait for the lab tech to come out. I think I waited 15 min max between walking in the door and getting my blood drawn. The lab tech was also really nice as well as the registration staff. As for urgent care, being a healthcare worker myself, many things people complain about are unable to be treated. A virus will not be treated with antibiotics. As for how long you wait also depends on the severity of your illness-just like the ED. Just a little FYI.
Update: Urgent Care services. Had to utilize urgent care for a sickness. I was in and out within an hr. The nurse practitioner was very friendly and the assistant. Honestly, I can't complain.”

“I had 2 separate transactions today, one with the pharmacy tech, Hetal and I have dealt with her so many times, in person and on the telephone and every single time, she has the most pleasant disposition, when I pick up she always asks if I have any questions for the pharmacist and she is just an all around stand out employee. You are very lucky to have her.
I then had to go to the front register because I ended up grabbing a few things on my way out and the cashier there was very kind, patient when I had asked her questions about the pricing of clearance items. She has a short haircut, rounded eyeglasses and a “Bee Kind” tattoo. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but the numbers at the top of the receipt are:

All in all, I have to give credit where credit is due and both of the cashiers that I interacted with were so very helpful and nice. Please not only pass on a pat on the back but I hope that Walgreens truly finds a way to show employee appreciation.”
