“My subway cell phone broke and they charged me $180 for one, I went to Future Mobile store Guatemala and they gave me a free cell phone with three months of balance and I am going to pay $25 monthly with unlimited Internet, in the subway I paid $65 now if it is very Expensive compared to this store, quality of customer service in my Q'eqchi language.”

“I was told to go to this store if I wanted the latest tech and offerings from T-Mobile. I didn't want to travel, but it did end up being worth it. This location is much nicer than any other location I have visited. The employees were all personable, respectful and very pleasant despite them dealing with a plumbing issue when I visited. They understood how the devices worked, how to fix problems without calling other places and they were truly sorry I had a problem and needed to come to them. I believe Stephanie helped me as we discussed our bearded dragons and love of animals. I'll fix her name if I'm wrong as this will be the only store I go to now. 5 stars out of 5 stars for everything. The phone staff were professional when I called and everyone was busy with customers. I think this is the most well put together T-Mobile I've ever seen. I attribute 80 percent of this review to the staff and 50 percent of that is easily just Stephanie if not way more.”

“So I had the absolute pleasure of being able to work with Eddie from cricket. Not only is he just an absolute pleasure to talk with he is extremely thorough, and very caring. He walked me through all of my options front to back several times without even batting an eye. He was extremely dedicated to finding me the phone that was right for me, and he made it fun and enjoyable. “We brought my brother's phone in because it wasn't working. He was eligible for an upgrade which we expected. Andrea said she'd try to get embedded add off, it was a really hidden one, and back up his info incase she couldn't fix the problem and he'd have to get new phone. She couldn't have been nicer. She worked on it while we were there, I had to be somewhere so we left it with her and came back the next day. She fix it! She really knew what she was doing, taking care of everyone that came in professionally as well. I highly recommend this Boost store. If I could give 10 stars I would.”
