Once we made the selection, she was tremendously helpful in getting the new phone activated and info transferred over. “Andy fixed my son’s screen by replacing it. iPhone 17, with giant white strip down the face of the screen. The only option was to replace. The fee was reasonable $250 all in and much less than replacing a 4 month old phone.
If the replacement screen had been in stock it would have been even quicker. Once in stock (2 days later) I dropped the phone off at 1:30pm. By 3:05pm same day, the phone was ready. The tech also communicated clearly and left me a message about the ordered screen being delivered as expected. Overall great job quick and done well. Thanks!”

“I was told to go to this store if I wanted the latest tech and offerings from T-Mobile. I didn't want to travel, but it did end up being worth it. This location is much nicer than any other location I have visited. The employees were all personable, respectful and very pleasant despite them dealing with a plumbing issue when I visited. They understood how the devices worked, how to fix problems without calling other places and they were truly sorry I had a problem and needed to come to them. I believe Stephanie helped me as we discussed our bearded dragons and love of animals. I'll fix her name if I'm wrong as this will be the only store I go to now. 5 stars out of 5 stars for everything. The phone staff were professional when I called and everyone was busy with customers. I think this is the most well put together T-Mobile I've ever seen. I attribute 80 percent of this review to the staff and 50 percent of that is easily just Stephanie if not way more.”

Went in the store, and he was very accommodating. Waved his hand and it was like he was saying, come here I'll fix whatever problems you have with your phone even before I opened my mouth. Told him my problem. He took my phone and in less than 3 minutes phone was fixed.
He was knowledgeable but most importantly his demeanor was very good. He treated me the way he wanted to be treated as human being. Friendly, respectful, amazing.
Not to mention I had a very bad experience.in the same.store a year ago. More.Griffins won't hurt. It will be a plus!”
“Went into AT&T desperate for help due to a complex situation my mom is going through regarding switching phone carriers. Josh was beyond helpful! He had patience listening to our experience, was optimistic with problem solving, and was attentive throughout our time in the store.
