“Joe was amazing! I was having difficulties with my movers and decided to call the store directly. I gave Joe the background details and he handled everything so professionally and discreetly. He kept me on the phone with the movers, they were aware of this, while making the arrangements. It was quite the process! Everything from the movers changing the names of who would be the designated driver, whether they had a credit card that would work, which was declined a few times, and then organizing the return date and time.
My family was moving my 90-year-old father and the day was extremely stressful in itself, compounded by my movers giving us the runaround. Joe made the day so much better and helped me sort things out with kindness and efficiency. I've used this store in the past for my own moves and have always been pleased with the service.
