“I had a last-minute need for flowers to be sent, and Edwards was able to fill my order with just 24 hours' notice. The online ordering was easy, and I ordered the Designer's Choice, which essentially allows them to create a gift with the available flowers on hand. This can be a gamble, but I also wanted to be realistic since I was asking for help in a very short time frame.
The arrangement arrived as hoped, and I think it is beautiful! There is an obvious designer's good eye in the finished product, and I was pleased with my purchase.
The other part of this order I appreciated was the communication. I ordered easily online, got an acknowledgement for the order, and then also a notice (can't remember if it was email or text) letting me know when the delivery was made. I was very pleased with this service and will remember Edwards for my future floral needs.”

There is so much you can do with the product to bring your dream outdoor oasis to life. I love the new Avalon Collection. The Montecito is incredible. I ultimately went with the Rustic Collection - it fits so well with the aesthetic on my screened in porch. Also bought a round outdoor dining table, 4 swivel rocking chairs, and customized the fabric to pull it all together. Go sit in all of it - seriously! They have mastered the art of offering supreme outdoor comfort without having to sacrifice aesthetics. Everything in there is so stunning! There’s really nothing else like it in the Midwest. Summer Classics is a gem. Their indoor Gabby collection is really fun, too! Check out the alpaca pillows - they are crazy soft… you won’t be able to stop petting it! It’s like a less expensive, zero maintenance alternative to a therapy dog (lol).”

They have expert advisors on hand at all times. I have not found they are any more expensive than other similar-sized nurseries, like Lurvey’s. I’ve compared
Prices and they’re not that much different. If you just need flats, you could find somewhat cheaper options elsewhere ( but even small Windy City Gardens, on Greenbay Rd Evanston, charges about the same. If you’re willing to drive 45-60 minutes away, you can find cheaper prices at far-flung nurseries, so it depends on how much you value your time as well. Two-hour round trip vs. 20 minutes. For large Purchases ( say 20-, 50 of a certain bush), the time would be worth it. Time or money? The eternal quandary.”
“This whimsical store is an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, my preteen daughter was captivated, exclaiming she wanted to own 'the whole shop!' It's a place where you can happily lose yourself for hours, as every shelf and display is brimming with character and holds a charming new discovery. The local jazz band Quintessence was playing this particular night which was an extra treat :)”
