“The assisting technician was very personable and caring. Additionally, she was very skilled in her job. I needed to do a lot of blood tests and she explained everything, right away found my vein and didn't leave any bruise which is quite unusual for me. I'm in awe.”

“I am so grateful for the care of all doctors and staff at this pediatric office. The office staff is extremely friendly, and accommodating to all needs. Both of my children have been seeing doctors here since birth, and have been seen for well visits as well as common sick visits, and more complicated ones. In my most recent sick visit, my son was having complications that Dr. Mannion not only took the time to listen to my concerns, but did SUCH a wonderful job explaining what was occurring. There isn't one visit with her where I feel doubtful of the course of action taken. She is clear, concise and FULL of medical knowledge. It is also a plus that both of my children enjoy seeing her, as she is so wonderful with children. I highly recommend this office, and all of the doctors in it.”

“Scheduled an appointment online, got a confirmation. Showed up to my appointment and checked in from my car. Got a text message to come in and a few mins later I got called back. The phlebotomist was awesome and really sweet. I was in and out in less than 15 mins.”
“On short notice, I scheduled an out-of-state appointment for employee wellness and body measurement at the Hoffman Estates location. After checking in remotely, I walked in because of weather conditions (instead of waiting outside). I was seen within minutes and left shortly afterward. Thanks!”

“My family and I have used Quest's services many times in the last few months at the Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates locations, but we have not always found nice staff, especially at the Hoffman Estates location. In Schaumburg in the last months of 2023, we were served by a very rude young person. She was incompetent, she wanted to send us home for some lame nonsense reason resulting from her ignorance and She told us to come back another time, only the reaction of another employee allowed us to do the tests, but this young person was very rude to us and demonstrated it during the entire visit.
But this unpleasant experience is not the reason for my entry, but a nice one, because I took my last test in Schaumburg location on 5/13/24 and I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful person once again (because this lady also served me earlier) I don't know how this lady is it's called, but you can probably check it. In any case, she is a very competent person, very nice and takes great care of patients, when she sees patients there are never queues, everything goes smoothly, quickly and there is a nice and friendly atmosphere, I am happy to do tests with such a person.”

“Edit Jan-9-2021: Bumped up to 4 stars. I went back for another test in January. There was now hand sanitizer available at the stations and front counter. They appeared to be managing their appointments well as there was no crowd. They originally scheduled me for a rapid test and PCR but sent me a text later cancelling the PCR because the labs are backed up. This probably explains many of the negative reviews from folks not getting their test results after 3-5 days. The text stated they are allowing the labs finish their backlog of PCR tests before they continue to send them more.I visited back on Dec-12-2021 and did not experience any of the issues others had with receiving results. I received my rapid-test results via a text ~20 minutes later and the PCR test 4 days later via email. I scheduled via the app and they had my proper check-in information at the front counter.The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the facility itself. It's a wide-open empty room with 4 chairs on opposite sides of the room with no physical barriers between stations. Additionally, the stations were not sanitized between patients (3 other patients were tested while I was there). The pen used to sign your sample at the station was also re-used between patients without being sanitized.Aside from that, testing was efficient and the gentleman bringing the swabs was polite.”

“My technician is fabulous efficient, friendly She has conducted many tests on me in the past and always goes above and beyond Prior to this test she had a battery of tests to perform (some were not very clear) and spent the time to call the doctor to clarify what was being requested. Amazing as on todays world this is a rarity”
