“I went to the Elk Grove location twice, and they were really nice and helpful. First time we got PCR results in about 20 hours. Second time (today) I walked 25 minutes there in the cold weather with my young son and then realised I had forgotten my phone (needed to register). The woman working went out of her way to help us so that we could still use the test, which was really nice.”

“Went for health screening to be done on Saturday and there was no queue. The lady who did my biometrics and blood work was so nice. Overall a great experience with LabCorp at this location.”
“Edit Jan-9-2021: Bumped up to 4 stars. I went back for another test in January. There was now hand sanitizer available at the stations and front counter. They appeared to be managing their appointments well as there was no crowd. They originally scheduled me for a rapid test and PCR but sent me a text later cancelling the PCR because the labs are backed up. This probably explains many of the negative reviews from folks not getting their test results after 3-5 days. The text stated they are allowing the labs finish their backlog of PCR tests before they continue to send them more.I visited back on Dec-12-2021 and did not experience any of the issues others had with receiving results. I received my rapid-test results via a text ~20 minutes later and the PCR test 4 days later via email. I scheduled via the app and they had my proper check-in information at the front counter.The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the facility itself. It's a wide-open empty room with 4 chairs on opposite sides of the room with no physical barriers between stations. Additionally, the stations were not sanitized between patients (3 other patients were tested while I was there). The pen used to sign your sample at the station was also re-used between patients without being sanitized.Aside from that, testing was efficient and the gentleman bringing the swabs was polite.”

“I had 2 separate transactions today, one with the pharmacy tech, Hetal and I have dealt with her so many times, in person and on the telephone and every single time, she has the most pleasant disposition, when I pick up she always asks if I have any questions for the pharmacist and she is just an all around stand out employee. You are very lucky to have her.
I then had to go to the front register because I ended up grabbing a few things on my way out and the cashier there was very kind, patient when I had asked her questions about the pricing of clearance items. She has a short haircut, rounded eyeglasses and a “Bee Kind” tattoo. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but the numbers at the top of the receipt are:

All in all, I have to give credit where credit is due and both of the cashiers that I interacted with were so very helpful and nice. Please not only pass on a pat on the back but I hope that Walgreens truly finds a way to show employee appreciation.”

“Dr. Leland Jaffe is the best podiatrist at Endeavor Medical!! His bedside manner, thorough differential diagnosis process, and ability to map out a patient focused/pain management plan is exactly what you would want from a medical provider. He is patient, calming, extremely knowledgeable, and empathetic.
Added context: My experiences with the Endeavor Medical network have been inconsistent. Across several primary care physicians and specialists I have seen, Dr. Jaffe has been the only provider whose care I would seek again. For example, my expience with Dr. Hyim Baronofsky was a frustrating and extremely negative experience. His communication style felt abrupt, and the treatment plan did not include the level of explanation I expected. I was advised to obtain a custom orthotic with a price of approximately $4,000, despite the availability of better quality products at a fraction of that cost through standard retail options ($50 orthotic on Amazon). This is not an exaggeration. This discrepancy raised concerns for me about the rationale and efficacy of his medical recommendations.
Based on these experiences, I believe the Endeavor Medical network would benefit from greater consistency in patient communication, clearer clinical reasoning, and more transparent discussion of treatment options and costs. Do your research and you may need to interview several providers before you find a good one!!”
