“The doctors at this office are absolutely amazing, they listen to your concerns and fix the issue. My family and I will always choose this place for our healthcare needs.
The front desk staff could benefit from additional empathy and customer service training, especially when working with patients who are dealing with health concerns.
Despite any frustrations you may have w/ the front desk, I would still recommend giving the doctor a chance, as the care itself is ALWAYS awesome.”
“I’d like to leave a review for the lab where I had my blood work done. The facility is modern and very clean. The whole process went smoothly, and the doctor was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The blood draw was completely painless. I had my blood taken on Saturday, and the results were emailed to me by Sunday. Everything was high quality, easy to understand, and included clear explanations for each test.”

“I’ve gone here twice for bloodwork for my wife’s insurance. Both times i had my bloodwork done by Ana, she created the most pain-free experience ever, and I’ve had bloodwork done by a good handful of lobotomist. I barely felt the needle and she kept me distracted during the draw. I normally get light-headed and nauseous. It’s a good 20 min drive for me but it’s worth it.”
“You have a great place here in Arlington Heights. Mr. Shah and Anna are top notch, painless, friendly professionals that efficiently administer the tests while putting me at ease. This time is was Anna who gave me my test and she was excellent..I got right in at my appointment time, check in was super easy and I was out in minutes. “Scheduled an appointment online, got a confirmation. Showed up to my appointment and checked in from my car. Got a text message to come in and a few mins later I got called back. The phlebotomist was awesome and really sweet. I was in and out in less than 15 mins.”
“I found this to be a very pleasant visit (as much as such a visit can be). The staff were very nice, the X-ray tech was really nice, and I found Dr. Kumar to be both friendly and professional. I did not get any negative vibes from any of them.
The wait time to be seen was acceptable, given I was a walk-in. The whole visit was wrapped up in a hour.”

“Edit Jan-9-2021: Bumped up to 4 stars. I went back for another test in January. There was now hand sanitizer available at the stations and front counter. They appeared to be managing their appointments well as there was no crowd. They originally scheduled me for a rapid test and PCR but sent me a text later cancelling the PCR because the labs are backed up. This probably explains many of the negative reviews from folks not getting their test results after 3-5 days. The text stated they are allowing the labs finish their backlog of PCR tests before they continue to send them more.I visited back on Dec-12-2021 and did not experience any of the issues others had with receiving results. I received my rapid-test results via a text ~20 minutes later and the PCR test 4 days later via email. I scheduled via the app and they had my proper check-in information at the front counter.The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is the facility itself. It's a wide-open empty room with 4 chairs on opposite sides of the room with no physical barriers between stations. Additionally, the stations were not sanitized between patients (3 other patients were tested while I was there). The pen used to sign your sample at the station was also re-used between patients without being sanitized.Aside from that, testing was efficient and the gentleman bringing the swabs was polite.”
