“The manager at this location was really helpful as I was given inaccurate information about a kiosk on location. This manager didn't have a kiosk but offered to drive me to a location that did so that I could pay my bill, she stayed with me as navigating the machine was not straightforward and she helped get the attention of someone at corporate who could provide a zip code to be the required information to use the kiosk. She then offered to drive me back to my hotel. I was extremely grateful.”

“Overall, a good experience. For the most part, Mike was great. Outside storage units overhead doors don't keep water out 100% of the time. Water does at times blow in over the top of the door and was expected. However, while moving out in May 2024, besides discovering a small hornets nest attached to one of the plastic bins in my unit, one of the particle board shelves of my metal storage racks was also water damaged from a "patched up" ceiling leak which apparently losened up on one end and was still dripping, partially ruining the shelf.
Morale of the story: Older units need more maintenance. Maybe ceiling upgrade repairs should be considered to avoid future issues with current and/or future tenants.”

“This is the nicest storage facility you will find - clean, no smells. It’s even carpeted throughout! Even in the units themselves. Nice staff opens and closes the doors to the drive-in bays. The only caveat is the units are only accessible during the daytime. Fine for me but not if you need 24x7 access.”
