“While waiting for a reservation at a restaurant nearby, we stopped at Talbots. (I was with my wife and my mother.) Both are petite and both shop at Talbots since they have one of the best selections of petite-sized women's clothes around. When I tried to check-in, I realized that this location wasn't on Yelp, so I added them. (The manager was very happy I did that.) While the women shopped, I took a few pictures and posted them right away. For the few times I go clothes shopping with family, I know how hard it is to find petite clothing. This Talbots has one of the largest selection of Petites I've seen anywhere. Both found a number of things they liked. (And I have to admit, looked good.) We patronized, and found things; we paid (and got a $30 discount for joining their buying club). Then, it was off to dinner.”
“Devyn was awesome sales person!! He was so knowledgeable about the correct measurements and best shoe style for my ankle as I am currently in PT. Very friendly and you can tell he loves his job and likes to help the customer have the best experience.
He recommended the inserts for my Brooks and that made a big difference for my support. Highly recommend store and Devyn!”
“I obtained a pair of used spikes and found that the "nails" were uneven; I called Xtra Mile Running and spoke to the owner, Chris. He told me to bring them in and replaced the defective spike nails for free, even though I was willing to pay for them. It was very kind of him. I intend to purchase running shoes for my child, in future, from him.”
“I had a great experience, as always, at Road Runner Kildeer yesterday. Demetrice (I think I spelled it correctly) was amazing, patient and helpful. I tried on a bunch of shoes to get the right fit and replacement for my old shoes. I just love that the staff here is so helpful and friendly. Thanks, Road Runner!”

“Went at the recommendation of my physical therapist to get new walking shoes. I broke my ankle 5 months ago, have swelling from edema & used to have plantar fasciitis so I wanted expert attention to get the right shoe. I was greeted right away and helped very professionally by Gia. The “Albert” scale demonstrated the shape of my foot and arch, I walked on the treadmill which they recorded and viewed to understand my gait - then she lent me socks & suggested four different shoes. All were comfortable and stylish. I bought my favorite pair & ended up getting a few pairs of the socks. A little on the pricey side but so worth the cost of getting the right fit with a thorough measurement system. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend.”

“While shopping at Woodfield, the Converse shoes at front of the store caught my attention since my daughter will be ordering custom Converse online.Arthur approached us and asked if he can help. I told him we’re just looking since my daughter will be ordering custom ones online at Converse site. He then offered for my daughter to try on shoes to help with her decision. Wow, what amazing customer service!Arthur was helpful and friendly even though he knew we wouldn’t be buying shoes from Journeys at that point. His customer service left an indelible mark that made me and my family see Journeys at a different, more positive light.”
“Every time I shop at this location the customer service is excellent. Today and on previous visits Tally assisted me by setting my fitting room and finding outfits and clothes. She is great about asking the occassion/event and what look I'm going for. Once she has that info she goes to work! With the store having such a large inventory and tons of looks Im very grateful she assisted me today. When I was waiting a few minutes in line for a cashier she even called for backup. Elijah was my cashier who is always pleasant snd professional. My only con for the visit was that the music was too loud. In addition to Tally there were other staff members that offered assistance today. Every piece I bought today was picked by Tally except one. The staff my shopping experience easy and my vaca looks ??”
“So… love this store it sells itself…shoes were almost as cheap as tjmaxx… bought close to $200 worth of stuff.. and I don’t feel cheated in anyway…store staff is not there to cater to you and you are free to roam”

“I came to this Anthropologie with 8 days before my wedding (yes, it was a VERY fast turnaround wedding) with my mom and both of my sisters. I wasn't looking for a "wedding dress" per se, was looking for an awesome sequins dress. Myself, my mom and both of my sisters each found the perfect dress that evening. And we couldn't have done it without the amazing crew at this Anthropologie. Not only did they make this shopping experience so fun, but they were helping bringing us all the dresses they had, and overnighting a particular dress - only ONE left in the entire country. I've never experienced a team of staff as dedicated to making our visit unforgettable. To everyone there - from the bottom of my heart - thank you.”

“In terms of its interior physical layout, design, and presentation, Bloomingdale’s outlet is a very classy, non-cluttered big step up from the Nordstrom Rack in the same Plaza .For men, the shoe selections is are at a minimum and Nordstrom rack has them beat.There are a few decent finds in the men’s clothing department, but this store greatly caters to women’s clothing and shoes; and I would recommend it for women to find a special item or two as opposed to Nordstrom Rack.”
