“I had a great customer service experience here, the two employees who helped us sort out our mortgage payment situation were very helpful. They helped identify the problem and helped solve it within 20 minutes. They we're also extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I especially appreciated that they asked me how my experience has been with the bank and took my feedback right away - we cannot set up an electronic bill pay from an external bank to our mortgage account (must have an associated checking account), so we have to pay with a physical check (via mail or stop by a branch each month).”
