They helped identify the problem and helped solve it within 20 minutes. They we're also extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I especially appreciated that they asked me how my experience has been with the bank and took my feedback right away - we cannot set up an electronic bill pay from an external bank to our mortgage account (must have an associated checking account), so we have to pay with a physical check (via mail or stop by a branch each month).”
