“Wow! I just read some very negative reviews. But, we opened a small account at 5/3 in 2019. When COVID shut the world down, Denise called us from her private number to make sure we were ok AND told us if we needed to get into the closed bank for a loan or large withdrawal, she would get us into the bank. She continued to leave us voicemails to check in every few months. Because of her outstanding customer service, we ended up closing our BMO accounts. Honestly, they never called or emailed once during the shutdown.”
