“Great people to work and do business with. We have been customers of Xclutel for awhile, but with remote work growing, we wanted to take our business to the next level. Microsoft teams was not very compatible with our system, but the new web based phone system that Xclutel offers is fantastic. Bill and Paul gave me an excellent demo that really made the final decision about giving it a go. It is a little more money monthly, but nothing compares to being able to take our call center phone calls from practically anywhere in the world. So with that being said, it is paying for itself with the advanced options we were given. We have one remote worker and a very small call center- and now our remote worker can easily take calls right along with the in office girls with such ease! This has taken our business to the next level and is just what we needed for all the technology/remote changes that are happening in today's workplace. “I had purchased a new I phone air from a corporate Verizon store because my old phone screen didn’t work. I had an old phone and dreading changing it. Always issues with salesman at corporate store trying to make a deal. Well I was above frustrated that corporate store they would not help me transfer data because I cloud password was unknown. All I needed to do was reset it. I walked into this store twice and each time the managers on both days went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. They both were patient understanding and told me there is a way my data will be transferred to my new phone. It meant a lot to me because my father passed away several years ago and have last phone messages saved. The manager that works on Sunday is actually amazing. Very tentative to the customers needs. He really took time and was able to take care of other customers along with training new staff and help me! Thank you so much for having great staff! It really makes a difference in corporate store and your store! ?”
