“I just wanted to express my deep appreciation to the 3 customer service gentlemen who were able to get my phone synched Thursday night after I changed my password and didn’t understand the warning message I received. For a senior, operating an iPhone feels like learning a second language and it is extremely frustrating to navigate my way through a sea of instructions on the website. Even though I had a hard time even articulating my problem to them, once they looked at my phone they were able to erase the warning. Please know how grateful I am for your patience and help.”
“On July 16th, I came here to add a line and new phone and upgrade my own phone. I walked out of this store with a new tablet and 2 new phones. I did not have to pay anything on day of service.
As of today, July 31st the Manager here, Diego I believe, has ABSOLUTELY gone to bat for us. We had an additional 300 dollar charge on our account that we were told we were not have. Diego worked with customer care on the phone to resolve this issue and ensure the charge was taken off of my account. I CANNOT recommend coming here for excellent service enough.”
