“When an important sensor failed on my car while in visiting from Detroit, I started calling every shop in Batavia mid-day on a Thursday. Nobody else in Batavia would even talk to me until Monday (which doesn't work when you need to leave for a 320mile trip at 7am).Mr. Park asked me to come in so he and his technician could at least take a look. I had to wait maybe only 10 minutes for the tech to finish up another customer's car before getting mine checked in.What would have taken me 5 hours to figure out and have to buy tools for, his technician had it solved in about 20 minutes at a very fair price.Chances are I won't be back solely because I live in Detroit, but if I ever have car trouble in Illinois again, I know where I'm going.”

“My 2019 Ram was in the shop today for “paintless dent repair” PDR. I had noticed 2 quarter sized dents in the quarter panel on my metallic black, ceramic coated Ram. It is unknown where/how they got there. I took my truck to Carstar Geneva Body Shop to see if there was anything they could do. The staff was efficient in getting an estimate for PDR,and scheduled an appointment for repair within a couple days. When the work was completed in a little over an hour, it was perfect! “Professional, charitable, friendly. easy. I called to get my power steering checked out and they scheduled me in with a quick same day appointment. I came in and played putt-putt in the lobby while they checked out the car. They scanned the computer codes on my car’s system and walked me through what they found. It was an issue that had to be fixed at a Toyota dealer, but they gave me guidance on exactly what to ask for at the dealer and didn’t charge me a dime.”

“I made my appointment on Thursday for new tires to be installed Saturday. After install, I paid for an alignment due to the specks after putting the new tires on. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean. I came in with a wheel sensor warning light that came on after being at the dealer. The techs ran the test and everything was okay which is opposite of what the dealer was telling me. Michael, the manager, ran a second diagnostics just to verify what the techs found for both of our peace of mind. Everything came back good and they were able to reset the warning light. Michael has been in the industry a long time and was super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location if you’re in need of services on your car.”

“My experience at AMS was amazing, I brought my Q50 in to get a ECU calibration. Josh made me feel comfortable by continuously giving me updates on the car while I waited at the shop and went as far as buying me lunch. There were some problems on the car during the dyno run but Josh got it sorted out and got me out of there in one day, the car made some decent numbers, and got I some free merch too. Highly recommend when it comes to anything performance.”
