“I didn't have the time to drive my car there, so the provided pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient. Although my schedule got a bit disrupted because I hadn't realized the process would take more than a day, I was satisfied with the service, and the staff were friendly on the phone.”

“A dash light went on as I left a parking lot, and I drove right to Advanced Automotive rather than going home. I didn't have an appointment, but Tony said they'd take a look and get it back to me. Even with no appointment, I had same day service at a good price. I trust their work”

“I appreciate the fact that when I make an appointment for service, Batavia Avenue Mobil always keeps that appointment, and I can rely on getting my vehicle back at the time that they originally stated. They always keep me informed of the work that is being done, and explain what work is required in order to complete the job. Very professional and courteous.”

“Ollie's is a staple in the tri-citys. Dave is very kind and trustworthy, he is always willing to help you no matter how busy, he is. Prices are very fair. I'm very happy he's in our community, have never heard a negative thing about Ollie's and I live next to a retired mechanic from Stan's Mobile on 31. Good people there on Main st.👍”

“They are great mechanics here, and in my experience, they went the extra mile to get my car taken care of. I really appreciate the honesty, and my car has always been done quickly. I only trust these mechanics with my car, and I have followed them from a previous location. They are consistent, and service is always great. I highly recommend this auto shop.”

“Amazing service!! My wife and myself were in town for my doctor's appointment and noticed smoke coming from a tire. Originally the owner stated the work could be completed the next day. Once found out that we were an hour from our home he went above and beyond and completed the repairs the same day. It's in a great location. It was 10 minutes from my doctor's office and five minutes from a great restaurant right across the street. Thanks again!”

“As an out-of-towner, Chris and his team really came through for me for a last-minute inspection when I needed it most. Reception was super friendly and I received a timely, thorough inspection of my vehicle. I was even let into the shop, beneath the lifted vehicle, where I could visualize the problem as Chris walked me through the symptomology. I really appreciate that level of transparency and communication (especially given how sick I am of the dumbed down dealership version of things). If you love your car, come to Triple C Automotive.”

“The “I got a guy” everyone dreams of having when it comes to a mechanic. Best in the area. Takes the time to explain the solutions presented the pros and cons of the fixes. the possible down sides and doesn’t push a fix that may not be necessary.”

“Called and spoke to Matt on my way home from work with a flat tire. I managed to get my car to Belle Tire Batavia an hour before closing. Matt told me they were swamped and wasn't sure they could get to the repair before they closed at 6pm. I left the car with them and long story short...I got a call 30 min later telling me the repair is complete... NO charge! Both of my vehicles have been serviced here and each time the experience has been excellent. Competitive prices in tires and great, friendly service. Matt and the service team sure reinforced why I keep coming back!”

“Pasquel is THE best. I had damage on my passenger front and back doors. Went somewhere else to have it done, they did a horrible job. Pasquel was able to undo the other company’s work and make my car look brand new. He’s easy to work and communicate with. Pricing was overly fair and honest. Thank you Geneva Body Shop!”
