“I had a great experience in the store. We arrived and a gentleman promptly asked what I was looking for as well as discreetly asked what size I needed. I have no problem with telling anyone my size, but it was nice of him to ask in that manner because not everyone is comfortable sharing that out loud. He then took me around to all the different options within the store that they had (I was looking for walking shorts and wicking T-shirts). I wasn't pushed toward buying anything more expensive. It was nice to be given all the options available and just deciding what I wanted. He checked in with us from time to time as we were looking around. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely come back and shop at the store when I'm in the area.”

The sales staff was very helpful answering my questions and pointed out where the items I had seen online were located. They left me to browse, and came back in a few minutes to answer more questions. Once i selected an item, they help place it on a take home hanger and put it in a covering bag. “I went into the Fox Valley Mall location today to buy my boys their first skateboards. Josh the store manager was a great help. I do not know much about skateboards, but Josh took time to show my boys the different types of boards that they offered and allowed them to try them out. He also fit my kids for protective gear. It was one of the best customer experiences I have had in a while and I would highly recommend going to Zumiez in the Fox Valley Mall for any skateboarding needs.”

From the clothing, hair products, or jewelry, I have usually managed to find either what I want or something I am willing to try. I can go to other beauty supply stores and never find what I want only to kick myself and say you just need to go to this store; they probably have what you need. My kudos and many accolades to the staff and owner! And yes, should I encounter a problem, I would simply speak to someone on the management team. Have not had to. We stopped into the store on Randall Road in Batavia and everything was neat and tidy, product was easy to find and the selection was different than I had witnessed since the last time I came in. I found a bed set that I needed and I had been unable to find one I liked anywhere else. The associate that helped us at the checkout, Mary Ann, was very courteous and friendly, and also so helpful with questions we had about the coupons that applied to our purchase. Her smile and assistance made the trip worthwhile and we will be back!”
