They were extremely accommodating and provided me an estimate even through there were a few unknowns. It's exactly what I needed. The car was repaired ahead of the committed timeline. I was given an update each day the car was in the shop. They knew this was an expensive repair, but they were considerate and accommodating and did their absolute best to mitigate any surprises. “I could write a novella about the situation my husband and I found ourselves in with our car, but in short, I had to arrange the tow and the fix from Istanbul while my husband, whose English isn't very good, made his way back to the States. Suffice it to say, Wendy and the mechanic were amazing while I was trying to orchestrate everything, find the keys the tow truck driver lost somewhere in the car (still haven't found them), get the car started, etc. from a few thousand miles away.
