Extra Space Storage
2625 E Main St, St. Charles IL 60174
“Patrice is just an amazing woman!! She was so helpful and kind. Huge bonus that she is a pleasure to talk to. She made my experience really easy, fun, and helped ease a stressful moment in my life. Sounds strange for a storage unit review - but she’s just an awesome lady and makes this place great.”

Coffman Truck Sales, INC.
1149 South Lake Street, Montgomery IL 60538
“Important *I have only had experience with commercial truck team. My review should not be considered for the passenger vehicle sales and service. I will update after I buy my next personal car from here. Great team! Scheduling appointments is a quick phone call with a human (i appreciate this personal touch) Experienced, qualified mechanics have not disappointed in well over 100 visits. They diagnose the problem, communicate the problem and offer you options to repair. The estimated costs and estimated time for completing repairs are accurate. The truck rental department has quality equipment at reasonable prices. We are a seasonal business and we rely on Coffman rentals in our peak season. The sales team has helped us liquidate our aged equipment. All i had to do was get the equipment to their lot. Then the Coffman team arranged a detail and decal removal. Necessary mechanical repairs to prep for sale were completed. Then Coffman marketing gets your listing immediate views. This is not a free service. Deduct the expense out of the final sale price. This is a great service. I appreciate personal professional service.”

Aurora Transmission & Complete Auto Care
699 Montgomery Rd, Montgomery IL 60538
“Austin is very polite, helpful, and stands behind his work! I do most of my automotive work myself but definitely trust Aurora Transmission for anything that I cannot handle myself. Austin rebuilt the transmission in my Chrysler van and had me back on the road within days! Prices are fair and reasonable as well. Have recommended Aurora Transmission to my friends and family as well. When my father’s transmission went out we took it right to Aurora Transmission! Keep up the good work!”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Montgomery
1900 Douglas Rd, Montgomery IL 60538
“Service was amazing. I believe the team I met was Latoya and Jeff. There were a few connection issues when processing my payment so Latoya had to run the payment a few times but she was very personable and worked quickly to remedy the issue. Jeff and her both ensured my trailer was secured properly before leaving and answered any questions I had. They also ensured I knew the return time and had the information should have any problems or questions. Very good team and well run location. Super organized as well. I will be back in the future for sure!”

Enterprise Truck Rental
2424 E New York St, Aurora IL 60502
“Nick Margarella is in the perfect field of customer service. He’s professional, personable, polite & did everything I needed in a timely manner. After dealing with several Enterprise locations that dropped the ball over 2 weeks, Nick made up for that experience 10x over. Unfortunately my need was a 1 time thing but I would absolutely do business through Nick again.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
200 N 9th Ave, St. Charles IL 60174
“Clean vehicle. Easy process. Great customer service from Ben.At the location of In Towne Self Storage, with ITSS spots reserved for parking. We were able to park our car in one of these spots while we used a truck for a local transport. Very handy!U-Haul texts, which include a vehicle inspection to complete 30 minutes after you pick up (and are already driving), aren't helpful. But that's corporate; not a problem unique to this location.”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
219 North 7th Street, St. Charles IL 60174
“Woman behind the desk was very freindly I enjoyed talking to her. Though it did feel more like self serve than a dedicated u haul place. A note that is not the fault of the rental place when corporate changed my rental location they didn't change my pick up time which was after they closed, luckily I noticed it and went almost an hour early to get the truck which was good because if I hadn't I wouldn't have been able to pick it up the day I was supposed to”

“Nicest Ryder location I've visited nationwide. Lots of space to maneuver on the lot. Very busy shop with 2 shifts. Thanks for figuring out my stubborn truck! They even called an Uber for me back and forth to motel. No other Ryder has ever done that for me. Thanks!”

U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer
2526 Keslinger Rd, Geneva IL 60134
“I rent a U-Haul each year to take my daughter back-and-forth to college. This was the first time I used Hot Tub Tony’s location/U-haul business. Any moving in the future, Tony will be the only person I desire to do business. Tony and Matt have great communication (which can be really hard to come by) and were extremely polite. I do not write reviews very often but wanted to give the credit earned. The treatment they gave was the type of treatment you give family. Thank you, Tony! Thank you, Matt! Great service.”

I booked over the phone with the store directly and found that to be easier than doing it online.”
