“I’ve been using Highway 41 Self Storage for many years, and I can confidently say they deserve every bit of a five-star review. From day one, the experience has been seamless, professional, and reliable.
The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gives me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. The Andy, Charles and Brandi are consistently friendly, helpful, and responsive, whether I’ve had a question, needed assistance, or made changes to my unit, they’ve handled everything with efficiency and care.
It’s rare to find a business that maintains such a high standard over the years, but Highway 41 Self Storage truly does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, trustworthy storage solutions.”

“The ladies in the office are amazingly down to earth!
I'd like to mention BARBARA for being an angel, not only does she do a great job of being a representative she goes out of her job duties to help.
For some reason my day is amazing. The car seemed it would darken my day by not starting for some odd reason.
Miss BARBARA came to the rescue and helped with giving my car a charge to start it!
Not any body does this with busy schedule days. She put on a smile and the help was sincere. These are the kind of business friends i appreciate.
CUBE SMART, shes a great help to the business.”
“We used Life Storage Libertyville for two years to store household goods, and throughout our time there, the facility was clean, bright, and organized. The security was excellent, featuring keycode gate access onto the grounds, into the enclosed, heated, and well-lit loading area, and into the storage building itself. The units are also protected by surveillance and unique door latches, all of which made it easy to manage our move-out on our own schedule. Life Storage offers various unit sizes as well as on-site outdoor vehicle storage, which are also clean, well-lit, and secure. Additionally, the move-out and close-out support was excellent both during and after the process.”
“Larissa was awesome with the help she provided for me and the answers to the questions that I asked!
Storage building is very clean and easy to get to your units!”

“Attempted to secure a unit on Sheridan Road in Zion, Illinois and the representative was horrible! He was dismissive and had us waiting at the door longer than was necessary. He was not helpful at all. Transferred my account to The Extra Space storage facility on North Lewis Avenue in Beach Park. Customer service rep by the name of Kyle was extremely helpful and accommodating! Very satisfied with the service!”
