“All though I had a bad experience trying to log in ,,(I had to call to get info) We moved back to Illinois by driving a Penske rental truck. I had rented in this storage area back in 90's. so drove up to Red Dot only to find an electronic screen to check in. Everything went perfect. Rented a 10 x10 unit and we unloaded the truck into this unit. I then found an apt in Waukegan and little by little moved alot of my belongings to my apt. Then I wanted to down size to a 5 × 10 united. Had trouble logging in Had to call. Over all I was happy with the experience!”
