“There is never a disappointment at that location. My veins are very stubborn and every time they try to get blood work at the my Drs office the poke me at least 4 or 5 times and never anay luck. At Quest I am in and out. The staff there is amazing over all. From the time I walk in to the time I finish they give exceptional service.”
“Just amazed and then relieved to see this office IMMEDIATELY act to test and diagnose my 15 year olds condition (bronchitis) and then to begin treatment that we sought and suspected weeks ago. We called because we needed help and they responded appropriately. We are grateful for such a treatment and right here in our backyard. The receptionist Joni is extremely nice and helpful, especially when it comes to rebooking and scheduling. The wait time to see the doctor can sometimes be long but they go over everything to make sure you're good, so its worth it.”

I had to do a pre-employment drug screening. I did it, then the next week when I was supposed to start work, I was informed that Quest had a system-wide outage. I had to wait two more weeks to start my new job and lost two weeks of pay because I had to go back and do the whole thing again.
On the other hand, my two appointments at the 424 Division St. Jewel Osco location were great. The doctors are so friendly, patient, and personable. I've recommended this location to friends who are starting new jobs or have to get testing for any reason - I will definitely go out of my way to go to this location to get labs drawn if the need arises. Thank you all so much! :)”
“I walked in yesterday due to having body aces, high heart rate, febrile, and swollen throat. I felt terrible. Right when I walked in the staff was dealing with a different patient who was in front of me, but they were still very respectful to the patient and greeted me very nicely. The front desk was very calm and friendly. I was checked in and put in the schedule, I didn’t wait for long to see the doctor which was amazing because I was a walk in. ALL staff were amazing, polite, and caring. The doctor made jokes to make me laugh, while putting my IV in, I didn’t feel a thing. They gave IV fluids and sent medication to my pharmacy. They also had given me a letter to be excused for work without a problem. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much to each and everyone who attended me yesterday. Highly recommend this clinic for urgent care.”

I have been told in the past I am a hard stick Nora laughs at that. She is simply incredible at her job.”

Our appointment took a while and she made sure that she let everyone in the waiting room know that it would be a while. Michelle your the best.”
