“This is such a special and even magical place, right out of a movie. I love the vintage stamped ceiling and the quirky, beautiful ornaments in the shape of every kind of animal— have an octopus, zebra, lion, and more. A wonderful place to pick out a thoughtful gift from a local small business, especially when you don’t know what to get or for the person who has everything.”
“Fantastic toy store with reasonable prices, excellent variety, and a unique selection of interesting finds! Over the holidays, I went in shopping for 5 kids ages 1-8 and walked out with something for each of them. 10/10 recommend - especially their books selection!”

“This was an unexpected quirky store . Lots of trinkets and ideas kids created and were sold in this store, along with different creative books. Overall a very unique and fun store to be surprised. Right next to Shuga Records on Milwaukee Ave.”
“Was very busy and hard to get help but after being there an hour with my kids I finally got help and was able to Purchase the slotcar I wanted/needed to race with my friend I'll definitely be back. They got a good little hidden selection of slotcars unfortunately they don't know enough to help other people ,with questions or carry new tires for the slotcars.”
“From mom and baby meet up, to story time with Elsa, to hosting/attending birthday parties, Waterlemon is the spot! It’s a super cute boutique for the kids to play but also for moms to hang out. I had my daughter’s second birthday party here and it was so easy and the staff were so helpful! I’ve bought my daughter the cutest tutus, books, and toys so if you just want to go stop in and shop, they have the cutest gift options.”
“The store had a variety of Mexican candy, piñatas, games and more! Customer service was awesome! Thanks Chelly for helping with party ideas! I hope to return soon!”
“Seemed like a really solid neighborhood comic shop.Owner knew his stuff and knew half the people coming through the door by name. Had 3 separate hiccups in my purchase, but felt like a bad coincidence. Not my neighborhood, but bet it'd be cool to be a regular here.”
“My girlfriend and I recently had a wonderful experience at Build-A-Bear in Orland Park Mall, and it turned into the perfect add-on anniversary gift exchange! We decided to create our own stuffed animal friends for each other, and with the amazing selection available, we found the perfect matches: a cuddly Sylveon for me (big Pokémon fan!) and a loveable longhorn cow for her.The entire experience was so much fun and surprisingly romantic. The staff at Build-A-Bear were fantastic! They were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, guiding us through the stuffing, wishing, and dressing process. We couldn't find the Sylveon cape my girlfriend had her heart set on, but the friendly manager went above and beyond, offering to grab the last one from the display window. Another staff member even helped see if a longhorn cow could fit into a Batman suit, it didn't fit perfectly, but it was so adorable and perfect. That kind of service really made our day!Beyond the personalized gifts, what truly warmed our hearts was seeing people of all ages enjoying themselves. From wide-eyed children picking out their first furry friend to adults (like us!) reconnecting with their inner child, the atmosphere at Build-A-Bear was truly heartwarming. It was a lovely reminder that the joy of creating a special companion knows no age limit. If you're looking for a unique and fun experience, whether it's for a date, a family outing, or even just a treat for yourself, I highly recommend Build-A-Bear in Orland Park Mall. You won't be disappointed!”
“I love this store! I’m amazed at the variety of toys and books they manage to fit in there, for every age. Such a fun visit with friendly staff, and my son loves to play with the train set they have set up in there.”

“Eric, thank you. This is a gem that we had driven by countless times saying that we needed to "check it out". I am so happy that we did today. We walked away with a really nice haul of board games too. Can't wait to be back to keep finding little hidden games and puzzles here.Side note, it is extremely satisfying to find a toy store that is not packed full of cheaply made shelf fillers. This store has quality items and hard to find games and puzzles. We will be supporting this place for a long time.Thank you for answering my questions today.”
“I don't go there often, but this it is great to know it is there in case I need it. I mostly get books for grades there. Top notch service from the ladies that work there.”
“This place is so cute and great for kids! They have so many items and pretty affordable prices. It is a small store so it can get busy and crowded, though. For my girlies: they have sonny angels behind the counter near the register, so you have to ask an employee if you want one! Check their Instagram to see when they restock.”
“I went here with my boyfriend to trade in consoles and games for a new Xbox. I believe the person who helped us was named Marcos and he was so helpful with getting the trade-ins and saved us some extra money with a membership and pre-ordering a game. He was so kind and helpful we’ll definitely be back at this location again!”
“They have a great selection of clothing, but most of it is on the pricier side. Good for special occasions! I love that they carry the Molo brand--my kid used to love wearing Molo until she started getting pickier about what she wore. The great thing about Sugarcup is that they also have a basement full of discounted and gently used clothing, which is great when you don't feel like spending full retail pricing.”
“The staff is so helpful and I purchased gifts for the holidays and they wrapped everything so beautifully. Very kind employees who are more than happy to help and the variety of toys and gifts. Some great deals, too!”
“Adam is the BEST! Came to visit the store this evening and the trip made my day! Adam answered my call and helped me to get my dreamed gaming console!!! He is so kind and very responsible!!! I did feel that the store care about their customers. I would like to recommend this gamestop to everyone in the Chicago area.”
“I've been to a lot of GameStops in my days, but this one is by far the friendliest. The staff here is phenomenal and very knowledgeable about the products they are selling.”
“Not the largest store but they do have a variety of comics and they are organized, which is rare, especially in a small shop. Very friendly staff who will chat with you more than just a hi, need anything?”
“I was just at spwncers and I would give a 5 star review everyone was really nice and helpful and the store was really organized and clean the people at the counter were helpfull and I never give reviews to stores but this one was really nice would go again in the future ?????? and the store has really cool t-shirts and pins ?”

“I’m so excited about this location ! The staff is super friendly . When i came in i was greeted by almost 3 different people and one lady was super helpful. I wish i knew her name to shout her out ! i came in searching for a compact mirror and when i couldn’t find it she went back and found one for me !”
“Went here for the midnight release party of GYA San Andreas in 2004, and GTA IV in 2008. There used to be an evil manager lady that worked here for a decade. She ripped me and my cousins off for years, with our trade-ins ?”
“Richard from pick up was wonderful. Made sure myOrder was correct & even seen my box of pasta was tore open and made the situation right. Excellent customer service.”
“What a creative and friendly space. I dropped off my coffin Art piece for the 10th Annual Beautiful Souls show. Had a lovely conversation with Executive Director Teresa. I can't wait for the opening, Oct 13th, to meet the other artists. I highly recommend stopping by!”
