“I always see Aaron Wilson showcase this store for the 12 days of Christmas segment on WIFR each year. I was in need of several gifts so decided to check them out! The store is beautifully decorated, festive, bright and inviting! The staff were very helpful and checked back with me from time to time but did not hover! I was there about 1 1/2 hours and chose 9 gifts! Each was carefully wrapped for the different occasions and I was counseled before colors were chosen. Yesterday, five of those gifts were given! They were all a huge hit and everyone raved about the gifts themselves and the wrapping! Everyone said, “where is that store?” “I want to go there!” Also, I had purchased four cork coasters with the funniest sayings! We laughed and laughed! Thank you Porch! You are the BEST!”
“Good experience for exchange I was able to an exchange at another store with no problem the cashier was very polite also the guard was so helpful the item was heavy and he just jumped right in to help me. So very nice with a smile.

“Great if like penny's it'd be great if they had one line where you could just scan a barcode and walk out instead of going through the the long lines just one I think it would pick up their business tremendously it's hard for me to wait in line 45 people in front of me I just don't have the patience is not 1947 anymore somebody in management should get with it and get with the times I bet business would jump up two-fold just try it out through corporate management”
“Let me start with saying that I am NOT a good shopper. I'm very short and and my attire is usually very casual, rarely dressy. And I've no sense of style. So when a situation arose that required a weeklong ensemble of more business-casual type clothes I was not looking forward to the task. Dreading it, in fact. When I walked into this store, I was immediately greeted by an incredibly friendly saleswoman. I told her what I needed and shared my inability to pick out clothes. Within minutes I had all three ladies helping choose, change out sizes, give honest opinions, and they did it all in such a friendly and fun way. There was a dressing room full of women helping and laughing with me , everyone worked together to help me feel good in what I was wearing. They showed me things I would have never thought to put together and changed my entire experience in such a positive way. Can't say enough good things about these ladies and this store. They made my day”

“I was going to Claire's since I was a kid in the 80's (in my hometown) so taking my daughter is always a fun trip. I got my ears pierced there and when my daughter wanted hers done we did it at this mall location. Employees are friendly and helpful and prices aren't bad when they do their better sales. So many popular character themed items like jewelry, socks, water bottles, bags, etc. Tons of hair accessories too!”
“I love this store and usually have no problems. But I went in there today and there was a girl with purple hair who followed me and my boyfriend the entire time we shopped. Not sure if she wanted to say hi or what was happening but I don’t appreciate being treated like a thief when I’m just trying to browse. Every one else seemed fine so not sure what was going on.”
