βFor truck drivers... entrance is the west gate. Pull up to the gate and call the number posted. Pretty easy backing. Unload time is about an hour. Getting to the delivery can have some tight turns but overall not bad.β

When we moved to the area about 10 years ago and I needed to ream out the threads on an old hot water heater drain. I tried a bunch of options but ultimately went to Ace to get a 1/2β tap. I asked for help, they quickly showed me that part, but when I hesitated ($50) they asked what I needed it for. I told them it was only to clean out some threads and Iβd probably never use it again. He told me to wait right there and he came back with the tap from their own toolbox. βJust bring it backβ. Wait, so youβll lose the $50 sale and trust me to bring this back? Amazing and a shining example of what we should all support by keeping our business with local, family owned shops.
They will forever be my first stop.
While itβs impossible for them to have everything, the selection is broad and they carry most of what youβll need.

βDid a couple projects at my parents home around the area. I came here for a few items, a few times hahah. In the same day, myself or my mom came here 4 times for parts or tools. We came for outlets, pliers, and some other small miscellaneous electrical related items. Also, Joe at the help desk was extremely helpful. He asked questions that helped me remember my list of supplies, and better understand the project I was working on so he could be of even better assistance. All to say, we got everything done that day, and the Whitmore Ace helped us to do exactly that. Thanks again Joe.β
βFirst time visiting this ACE location, good music, clean store, very presentable. An associate approach me right away to assist and guided me to where I needed to be. I needed glue for a show repair, another associate asked me if I needed help and I brought up what kind of project I was trying to do and guided me to the correct product. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase and I was in and out quickly.
All the staff was great! Will definitely come back for my needsβ
βThis is one of my favorite places to visit- prices are fair, their inventory is surprisingly extensive considering the size of the shop, and the staff is friendly & super helpful! They're truly good neighbors and time seems to slow down while you chit chat about projects you all are doing. Great neighborhood place that I hope stays forever and ever and ever!β
βNot the cheapest spot depending on what you're getting, but the employees tend to be really helpful and nice, and it's definitely a good place if you need a really particular part (such as when our hose valve kept leaking). We usually come in for propane for our businessβyou can get both tanks and refills here. We are part of their rewards program so we're always getting coupons sent to us. Love perusing the garden center, good plant selection during that season.β
βI can't say enough about the amazing staff at Hortons. I made a very small purchase there. Got to my truck and battery was dead. The staff was kind enough to help me out. Wes came out with a charger that was not strong enough. He then got the forklift and cables then got me started! Thanks Wes! I have great experiences at so many Aces!!!β

βVery happy with recent service from AG. He replaced a plexiglass storm window panel with bent aluminum frame, and the hardware on a sliding storm window panel from a porch door. Relatively small jobs, but he took care to complete the repairs right and at a low price. Communication throughout the process was also great. Highly recommended.β

βI would highly recommend this Ace Hardware. The are very Knowledgable and friendly. Ethan is an asset to your store. He goes above and beyond to help the customer. I had a car key problem and was told at the dealership I had to get a new key because my nail was rounded and it could not open. Ethan tried everything to make it happen and he did! I dont have to pay $110 for a new key. All I wanted to do was replace a battery and get it opened and he managed to figure it out and the dealership couldnt. Thank you Ethan for making my day. Also please note your other employees on staff at 4 p.m. on 11/14/25 was outstanding and friendly.β

βYou may find better prices, where? I don't know. One thing you won't find is better service. Once you get someone to assist you, they will put all their heads together and help figure it out. Nothing but good things to say. If I need something specific, I skip Home Depot and come here.β
βEveryone who works here is so helpful and very kind. It is family owned and the owner is always happy to order things I need, but most often has them in stock, helps find things and with bringing out to car when it is alot or heavy. He has patiently assisted with more complicated home repair, plumbing situations we have had come up as well as picking paint colors for dollhouse walls and was equally attentive to our little customers questions.β
βI go here often. It has a small hardware store feel because the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, but is pretty large for a small hardware store once you realize there are two upstairs sections.β

βWe used Kitchen and Bath Mart in the early 90's for kitchen remodeling in our first home and we were extremely happy with the results. So when it came time to update our kitchen, down stairs bath and master bath in our second home we went once again to Kitchen and Bath Mart in Niles. Working with George was a pleasure, he was very knowledgeable on all levels of the project.
Because of the multitude of choices available it is hard to decide what we wanted, George help guide us by offering options using drawings and examples at their nicely appointed show room.
The project went as planned, in the time frame they proposed. The installation crew consisted of a husband and wife team, Kris and Joann who did a fantastic job, they are truly artists at what they do. They were clean, organized and friendly. As in any major project there were a couple unexpected things that popped up, they were worked around the problems with professional results.
We highly recommend Kitchen and Bath Mart and would use them again.β

βAll the employees are quick, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in a pair of faucet cartridges and before I could say anything he had the correct replacements in hand. The same guy walked me through a dishwasher hookup as well when I was unsure of what PVC parts I needed for it to work. See attached pictures for a before and after.β
