“Lovely lady that works here is great. Downside is, it's a single employee location. No, for real, a government facility with one person. If she's out sick, the place is closed without notice. She takes a late afternoon lunch, handwritten sign in Spanish (only???) so I'm not sure when she starts lunch and if her target return time is 3:30 or what. Would be nice if she posted a regularly closed lunch time so we don't waste our time coming here only to find the place closed. I still choose to go to this location over my local pit of misery post office (California Ave), it's worth the no 40 minute wait and service with a smile, when it's open...”
“This is my favorite post office. Every time I come in, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. Craig, in particular, is great—always kind, professional, and a pleasure to chat with. He treats everyone with the same respect and warmth, no matter their age. It’s always a good experience here!”
“This is my review for this particular location, and not for usps as a whole, thats another story. As everyone knows going to the post office can sometimes be unnerving. Ive had to drop off packages at several where I gulped in line because I felt like I was bothering them simply dropping something off, seeing how others were being talked to. Like the employees absolutely did not want to be there. If you know, you know.
This location however is different. Ive never felt like I was bothering anyone here. Most of them are actually very friendly, Patrick in particular always has a smile for everyone. Even the few that aren't particularly friendly are absolutely not unfriendly either, just more down to business but still helpful when asked for it.
All in all, they all seem to know their job and even multitask and work well together. As far as post offices go they seem to have their stuff together and I absolutely recommend it over any others in the area.”

“Very confused as to how this location has a lower rating than the location on Lake Street. Unlike Lake Street's location, South Oak Park's employees are EXTREMELY friendly and efficient. The parking lot is a plus.”

“We just moved to Justice and this is our new post office. I am extremely happy The town we were in before they were not as efficient as this location. I've been here a few times now and had different people taking care of us and the ladies there are so nice. Thank you for everything ladies”

“Made an appointment to come and apply for my daughter’s passport. It was quick and easy. Already came with passport photos which I took on my phone with an app. Then I just printed them at Walgreens for $1.99 rather than paying $16.99. Already save cost there since purchasing a passport can be expensive.”

“Out of the seven post offices near my house that I visited, this location by far has the most polite employees.
It’s located just minutes off of I-290.
You can find a few free parking spots in front of the building otherwise. Also, there is a parking lot on the other side of the street that can fit more people.
This post office was pretty clean as well.
When I visited, there was only one other person in line.”
“I recently experienced an issue with some of my mail and contacted my local Post Office. Since then, I’ve been contacted by multiple team members who have been incredibly helpful and genuinely committed to finding a solution. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and extremely supportive. This level of service has always been my experience when visiting this Post Office. It’s truly nice to know there is such a dedicated and caring group of people working there.”

“Cute small and old style mail office conveniently placed in a small downtown area , I went for a couple stamps for postcards, the attention was really good , lola took time to search for some specialty stamps (american revolution ones) i was interested in , overall great service and wasn't busy at all”
“I am always stressed to the max when coming to the post office but my lovely new friend Cherie that works there was so calm and helpful. I had to repackage all of my things twice so I saw her interacting with a lot of people that came through and she is truly such a sweet and kind lady. Also very knowledgeable about her job. Will gladly drive out of the city to come to this post office again.”
“I can’t praise the service of USPS enough. My sister sent me a package from abroad, but the local post office put my house number as the zip code, and the address on the mailing label was missing my house number. It’s express mail, but the tracking shows no location. I was so afraid that the package would be lost somewhere. I went on the USPS website and filed an inquiry. A customer service representative from the Westchester post office sent me an email and called me the next day. She explained to me how the shipping works and assured me that she would pay attention to the package when it arrived.
It’s been nine days since my sister sent it out. She was planning to purchase another one and send it to me again. On a whim, I rechecked the USPS tracking and found it had been sent to the Westchester post office this morning. Believe it or not, I got it this afternoon. Awesome service.”

“Kenneth is the best. He acknowledges everyone and happy to help. I was going to prioritize mail and he suggested certified to send tax info because as long as it’s postmarked, no penalties. He didn’t have to tell me this option. He saved me some money because he’s kind. This office is always friendly and nice. The other reviews are unfair. This is a small post office, but gets the job done in a friendly way!”

I always have a wonderful experience at this post office, thanks to Tim. He is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every time I come in. He is always so sweet to my son and makes us feel welcome.
One time I didn’t have tape for my package, and Tim went out of his way to help me find some so I could get everything mailed. It’s little acts of kindness like that that make such a difference.
He is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you, Tim, for making every visit such a positive experience!”

“Strangely enough I have a fair bit of experiences with many different post offices in the area and this location is by far one of the nicest. The employees have come to recognize me and I am able to joke around with them which breaks the usual PO tension.”

“I ship a lot of packages (about 10 a month) and I always have a pleasant experience at this post office. In fact, I travel out of my way on the bus to get here (my closest USPS is in Uptown on Broadway, iykyk lol). The staff here is patient, kind, and competent, and provides excellent service consistently (in my experience). Since this is not my neighborhood, I don't have experience with mail delivery issues or anything like that, but I do know that mailing packages here is a PLEASURE compared to some other locations, with a much higher level of friendliness, successful package processing, and also shorter lines.”

“The lovely elderly lady who did our passports was just so kind gentle lovely spoke some words of wisdom to us and said if I was teaching my girls to write cursive I said yes she mentioned how sad that schools are not showing that anymore to students and she said make sure to practice because next time that you're here you will get to sign your own passport. She mentioned I won't be here anymore to witness but for sure you both will be back and that made me sad her saying that but what's overall customer service was amazing”
