The front office is extremely helpful as well; recently I came to check in on a unit and realized I couldn't get in because the latch was stuck. Devaughn was incredibly helpful in opening the unit up and coming up with a plan to get my storage items secured and moved into a different unit, while saving me a bit of money in the process. The unit was ideal size and location since I moved and downsized my stuff from Bridgeview, plus it's so accessible to Midway if I need it. There was no better time than now to take advantage of her kindness, so it was imperative That I make it down there as fast as I could pay this Outstanding bill.
