At the same time, they were very careful with all of my belongings, making sure everything was handled properly and safely.

- Cool temp inside. They have AC.
- Super clean inside. They obviously care about the building, their customers, and themselves.
- Super friendly, helpful, and understanding staff.
Only negative was a problem with access codes, however, access code problem was eventually fixed. Oh, and their drinking fountain is broken, and you are not allowed in the building after closing ...
A+ / But please fix your drinking fountain.”

“We needed a place to put our things after an out of state move. Our first two visits were okay. The third visit was absolutely AMAZING thanks to Vanessa. We realized we didn’t have enough space to store our things and had to get a second unit. Vanessa was SO KIND! I’m talking about super memorable customer service that was over the top great. She helped us navigate a stressful situation with understanding, patience, and a double dose of customer care. I wasn’t even going to write an extended review…. But she was so helpful on this visit. She was far and away the best person to assist us and truly understands customer service. 10/10 experience. Y’all give Vanessa a raise!!”

“Nice, friendly staff. Perfect location and storage space sizes. Very dissapointed they honored web rates to get my business for larger storage, but when i was ready to downsize to a smaller storage space they woule not honor web rates which were half the price I'm now paying for a much smaller space. Since I couldn't afford to rent another truck and open a new contract at another one of their locations I'm still stuck with a non-competitive price, which is really frustrating. There was some water leaks over my initial space but luckily I had mostly plastic bins, one box did have water damage to which I had stuffed animals in it.”
“Miguel made renting a unit so easy. He showed us the unit and walked us though the rental. The property is always spotless. This unit is our second at this property. Had our first unit for 10 years. Use this facility even though this is not the nearest to home or business”
“I initially got a storage unit when it was “Life Storage”. Since then, they got bought out and switched to the new ownership as “Extra Space”, and I will say the negative star is for the corporate greed that keeps inflating my rent astronomically like clockwork. The other 4 stars are for the wonderful staff I’ve dealt with there like Jimece. She’s a fabulous person and fantastic manager of the facility, despite the corporate greed BS.”
“I'm going back to get a storage unit. 9 years ago I had rented 3 big units. 2 of them for my futures and bedroom sets. The other one for my car. It was a nice place to put the stuff in this storage place.”
