Harlem location and he said yes but truly he was only the call centerI told him exactly what I needed and he gave me an extra large one the manager of 22 years here at the 9800 S. Harlem location fixed my problem and instantly provided us with the correct size.”

“This was our first time using a moving service. We have lived at the previous address for almost 20 years so planning for the move was extremely stressful in itself. MOOvers Chicago made this process very easy. From the moment we booked them we had constant communication with office staff. On the day of the move, the team arrived earlier than expected and they cleared out the apartment in under an 1hr! We had A LOT of boxes. Everything was handled with care and we didn't have to worry about anything being broken or damaged. The team finished way under the quoted time. “Been a customer of this storage location for 2 years now; the facility is great: dry, cold, and protected behind several locks. The front office is extremely helpful as well; recently I came to check in on a unit and realized I couldn't get in because the latch was stuck. Devaughn was incredibly helpful in opening the unit up and coming up with a plan to get my storage items secured and moved into a different unit, while saving me a bit of money in the process. Just great service and very happy to keep my business here.”
