“Very nice staff who have helped me on numerous occasions since I bought my first home down the street about a year ago. I’ve had a number of projects where it’s my first time trying to fix or replace something and they’ve always patiently walked me through everything and answered my questions. They’re also very dog friendly and my dog knows when we’re getting close and starts walking faster so he can get all the attention from the staff he loves.
Great neighborhood store and so glad I moved in near them. It’s great being able to walk 5 minutes and get everything you need for a home project.”

“Not the cheapest spot depending on what you're getting, but the employees tend to be really helpful and nice, and it's definitely a good place if you need a really particular part (such as when our hose valve kept leaking). We usually come in for propane for our business—you can get both tanks and refills here. We are part of their rewards program so we're always getting coupons sent to us. Love perusing the garden center, good plant selection during that season.”

“Recently was in the shop looking to replace a bathtub faucet stem, and it is a very old style, but Robby knew right away and matched it up with a comparable part, which took a lot of fussing and searching off me!!! This was a huge relief as I needed that part to work right away, and it did! I tried to review this on the Ace website, but why on earth does that option expire in 72 hours???”
“All the employees are quick, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in a pair of faucet cartridges and before I could say anything he had the correct replacements in hand. The same guy walked me through a dishwasher hookup as well when I was unsure of what PVC parts I needed for it to work. See attached pictures for a before and after.”

He helped me find exactly what I needed, even found an alternative option for a 2 x 2 I needed in cedar, and made the cuts for me perfectly. The repair took quite a while—two weeks for a small mirror—but the quality of the work and the price were absolutely amazing. I really appreciate this small business for their excellent craftsmanship. However, I believe they could speed up the process, and I would have been willing to pay extra for faster service. Overall, my experience was good, aside from the lengthy turnaround time.”

“I still use my Bosch 601 113 134 VS 935 (2 speed) Electronic drilland the 8-1/4" circular saw. I had Addison put a new switch on the saw some years ago. Got 3 of the 12Volt drills. Most tools within the last 3 years bought from Milwaukee have left me high and dry.”

“Kurt was excellent st explaining the carpet, pads, delivery time. Measurer came out. We went back to the store to order. The design team gave us out lay out options for the room to minimize carpet waste.
It was a very great buying experience. The installation team of Audi and Tony from Superior was in fact superior. Will be using Hone Depot again for our flooring needs.”
