“This is my go-to for a car rental specifically this location. Great communication and not outrageous on the prices. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. One thing I would change is the cleanliness of the vehicles while the floors and seats are clean they don't get between the seats there was fries and other trash not vacuumed out. Other than that this is a great place to rent a vehicle”

“I give them 5 stars. The place is very busy. If you are trying to call them, the phones are very busy too. They get you in and out as quickly as possible. Renting the car, returning the car, and payment are all done with very good service. I look forward to renting with them again soon. Renting a car is expensive in 2024, and some will give you advice to not buy the full insurance package that is offered, because it is expensive, but I always get it because anything can happen. It reduces the stress level when driving a rental.”
“After needing my car repaired and in need of a rental I was referred to Enterprise Oak lawn there Keith whom was my service agent kindly listen to my need of a rental car. Everyone there was very attentive to my needs and other customers there too, all with a welcoming smile and willing to help. Shout out to Keith whom went above and beyond his call of work. “Excellent customer service ! .I used them for staging my property . Even they do not specialize in short term rentals , the manager Nicole was able to offer me the furniture pieces I needed . She even arranged the dining table to be delivered from another store .The selection is not very large but nice enough. Best thing - delivery and pick up is free !! . They also put the pieces together for you . Julian and Jeremy - the delivery guys were extremely nice . Will definitely use the rent- a Center again !”

“We were so very pleased with Budget car rental. When we came out of our hotel we had a flat tire. We call the emergency roadside and the gentleman came and changed the tire. We then went to the nearest budget location and turn the car in and got another rental. We were so happy with the service and how nice the people were and how they accommodated us. We would definitely recommend budget and we will certainly use budget again. Thank you to all the staff members in Chicago Midway airport and O'Hare airport for accommodating us”

“I have rented from this location for many years and never had any major problems. My only criticism this recent time is that the interior of the car was not cleaned there were visible food crumbs all over the front seats and dash. And this is Chicago November, I have always had a window ice remover but this time there was none.One final warning which is not the fault of dollar but for those that rent new models of SUVs. When you lock the doors, the trunk door does not lock. Well it does but it unlocks automatically when you are 20 ft away. So if you happen to live in a house and your car is very close the key fob the trunk is not locked. Be careful”

“The experience was overall good. The car was fairly clean. To my surprise, it was a newer car. I expected an outdated vehicle since it's for community usage but i was pleasantly surprised. I really like the app. I was able to see the amount of fuel that the vehicle contained and detailed location information which helped me with my decision. The only complaint I have is that it is a little bit too pricey for the amount of time you get. I only had the vehicle for about 3 1/2 hrs and it costed me about $68. This included all of the fees and extra insurance coverage. A person could just go to a regular car rental establishment and have the car for the whole day for close to this price. A person could also get 2 days for about $100 with hyre car if you choose the right owner. Overall, I would use this service again to run QUICK errands.”
