Recently, Kathleen went out of her way when I came in requesting a large box for personal shipping purposes. She said to come back the next day. A lawnmower was unboxed to provide the box I needed. She could have just said they didn't have a box, however, made the extra effort to please a customer.

Ken was great and helpful with immediately getting my order and confirming, once done he came out and said he would commute it to my car for me. “I called to get a price on some lumber and they were double the price of Home Depot. By the time I purchase a few pieces of what I need it’s cheaper to just pay the $80 delivery fee at Home Depot.Don’t want to bash the establishment but just leaving what I feel would be helpful to other flippers like myself.”
