At this particular location in Markham, the general manager (Tamica) along with the cashier (Nunn) made me feel like family rather than a just a customer. The atmosphere was friendly. The store was very clean, and although they did not have the unit that I wanted available at the moment, they were still able to accommodate me temporarily until the wound that I desired will be available free of charge.”
