“I had a frustrating experience at first. Before making the trip, I called the store and was told they would be open until 5:00 PM. Based on that information, I left work early and drove 50 miles to visit the store. When I arrived, the store was already closed, which was very disappointing and caused me to waste a lot of time.
However, I truly appreciate that after I contacted them, they came back and opened the store for me. That gesture meant a lot, and I’m grateful they took the time to help despite the misunderstanding.
I hope they improve communication about their business hours so other customers don’t face the same inconvenience. Thank you again for making the effort to come back and assist me.”
“I just went to pick up a new pair of running shoes for my marathon training because I was having issues with my previous shoes. The gentleman helping me out took the time to watch me run and gave me a wide selection of shoes that would help with my issue. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the shoes in their inventory, which were all top of the line products, and the shoes I purchased feel amazing. Wonderful store. Wonderful staff. I will definitely be back for my race day shoes.”

“Price wise it's not bad for most things. That's if you can find a price. Some of the pricing wasn't readily viewable. The atmosphere of the store was nice reminding a bit of a lodge without the wood everywhere. Now the real issue I had was outdoor.
While the store can give off a Ross vibe, my concern wasn't marketing strategy but looking for outdoor stuff. It felt hodgepodge and clustered. More like accessories than actual stuff I'd use as an avid outdoorsman. They did have a few things I liked but in comparison to bulk of this section I'd say 15%. And then as the store pushes the outdoor marketing, I felt like the pet section was bigger and had more to offer.
I think with a little more clearer organization and a aisle or three expansion in outdoors, this would be a well rounded store. As it is right now it's more of a toe dippers introduction into outdoor adventures as seen on family TV. But for what it is and reasonably priced I can see the family oriented market being satiated for a while.”

“I love this store. The person who runs it is very nice, and provides a dance teacher discount which is amazing! They carry Bloch and Capezio canvas ballet flats. I chose Capezio, which they helped me chose a size in, and they are holding up well. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Great stuff”

He had all the parts and equipment to replace the broken holder. My son was back on the ice by the second period. We are so grateful there is such a great staff at the rink.”

“I had a pleasant experience at this sports clothing store. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful, assisting me in finding the right sizes for both footwear and clothing. They were also patient and responsive to all of my questions, which I truly appreciated.
The only downside was the limited selection for younger children, as there were no clothing options for ages 4–6 and no football (soccer) sets available. Aside from that, everything else was great, and the overall shopping experience was positive.”
