“Stopped in a few days ago to talk about my Rent but no one was there at the time and I was about to leave and Tina pulled up. She asked what i needed and if she could help and asked if i could wait until she got inside and apologized for no one here and she really help me out this day and she answered all my questions. It looked like this day was a long day for her even though it was 10:30am, but As we were talking she stated that she is from another district and this will be her last week in the district. I told her I'm coming over to where you are from now on to ask questions and pay if I need too. She is SOOOO FRIENDLY and doesn't mind answering any questions or helping me fix any problems I've been having!!! It will be sad to see her leave!!!!!”

Harlem location and he said yes but truly he was only the call centerI told him exactly what I needed and he gave me an extra large one the manager of 22 years here at the 9800 S. Harlem location fixed my problem and instantly provided us with the correct size.”

“Been a customer of this storage location for 2 years now; the facility is great: dry, cold, and protected behind several locks. The front office is extremely helpful as well; recently I came to check in on a unit and realized I couldn't get in because the latch was stuck. Devaughn was incredibly helpful in opening the unit up and coming up with a plan to get my storage items secured and moved into a different unit, while saving me a bit of money in the process. Just great service and very happy to keep my business here.”

I stayed in communication with them while being alerted to all the fees that was piling up on my space… nothing can be more stressful! The unit was ideal size and location since I moved and downsized my stuff from Bridgeview, plus it's so accessible to Midway if I need it. They are super responsive and accommodating and make everything a breeze to answer your questions- so helpful! They actually pick up the phone and are on site unlike other places where I have to wait and chase a human being!”
