“Took my 2008 Yukon Denali to Caliber Collison after my truck was hit while parked at the grocery store. Caliber called the rental company (Enterprise) which came to the shop and dropped off a rental. Truck was finished earlier than expected and the repairs looked factory painted. after the repairs they called the rental company to retrieve their car. One stop shop!! I highly recommend this Collison Shop to anyone in need of body work to their vehicle!!”

“Walked in the door and stood there for 15-20 seconds before asking who wants to sell me a car. Ended up buying a used Honda CR-V -XL. Vehicle has some issues that should be addressed. TBD how they handle it. Sunroof broken, back windshield wiper blade dry rotted, rotors are warped after getting on the highway and braking at higher speeds. noticed the oil should have been change. under 1k miles and last oil change was almost 6 months ago. UPDATE: Issues above were address quickly and promptly at no cost. However, after further review the vehicle has hail damage. Something that wasn't really visible on a high sky day with no clouds. Offered to cover it if I paid $500 towards the repair. Which is equal to my deductible w/o filing a claim. Not disclosing damage is shady. But, mostly my fault for not noticing it in the first place.”

“I brought them a junkyard fender that was scratched up, but at least had no dents. They did a fantastic job color matching the old fender. Was afraid I would have to install the junkyard fender and bring it in to get painted/blend into the rest of the car.

“Wonderful experience in contacting Luis Pena who had sold me my previous 2019 Honda CRV. He made time to show me all models that are presently available. I settled on the 2024 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid. It surpasses all expectations. I am devoted to this particular car buying them every five years from 1998. This purchase is so exciting. The ride is beyond the smooth ride as previously experienced . The GPS that I require is now in sync with my iPhone and guides me by just mentioning a name. There is absolutely no sound from the Hybrid which I would have anticipated. “I purchased a 2019 Mazda 6 Touring from Swan Auto. It's a car that was in several accidents which casued me some concern, but after visiting, taking a test drive, and looking at the car, my concerns were eased. Swan Auto repairs and resells cars. From my experience they did an excellent job repairing their vehicles. The car still runs great after a month with no major signs of past damage despite several past accidents.
Bogdan, the owner, was a refreshing change from the usual aggressive car sales approach. He just handed me the keys for a test drive without pressure, and he accepted a reasonable deposit to hold the car for two days as agreed, making the whole process smooth and straightforward.
From my experience, Bogdan came across as honest, fair, laid back, and genuinely caring about his customers. This was a much different experience than dealing with most Facebook Marketplace sellers.”
