Karina from corporate worked closely with me and helped me through my situation. I was unable to make a payment online with the new upgrade because it removed all of my external banking info. “I visited this branch on yesterday. It was crowded with a wait. The woman security guard that was there was operating in such excellence. Professional, courteous and polite. She thanked us for waiting and cleaned the seats as people were getting up and sitting down.Then I get to the teller, a woman by the name of Shanique. She was just as professionally, courteous and polite.I have never in my life received such wonderful customer service from a group of women like this. It’s was beautiful!US Bank, these women need a raise and the security guard needs to be hired and promoted.Thank you ladies for blessing me!”
“Great bank when I walked in I was greeted by a manager she seated me then she went to get the young lady she came out in less than 2 minutes called me into her office she was very polite and patient I opened a checking and savings account she let me know all of the options for each she printed my debit card got it set up with PIN number also gave me direct deposit info gave me the form fir direct deposit she did her job well and went over and beyond I don’t remember her name but the bank is located in calumet city Illinois and her office is the first one on the left when you walk in”
