“My husband and I were travelling through Indiana on our way to O'Hare and flying back to our home in Washington State. We had some extra time so stopped here just to look around since we are considering purchasing some new furniture back home. Cathy greeted us and showed us around. Even after making it clear that we were far from home and wouldn't be buying anything, she continued to be friendly and hospitable, chatting with us and inviting us to look around as long as we wanted. She was a bright spot in many miles of heavy traffic! So while we couldn't buy anything from Groen's, we certainly would if we lived in the area. The store is filled with many quality items. Please check it out when you are looking for new furniture!”

“There for 2 hours and didn't get to see everything, that's how much stuff...
The only bad part... The mall is made up of individual booths with the owners not being present, so if you want to haggle, you have to go up to the front and have the staff call the owner of the booth.
But we still save some $$ on a couple of chairs, Would go back for sure!!”
“read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”

“I cannot say enough about The Flooring Warehouse. Pete is a GREAT guy and truly cares about getting you a quality product at a great price. We spoke with Pete in detail about every single floor we chose for our new home. We went with Pete for LVP, tile for all bathrooms, wall tiles and carpet to line our stairs. We have three kids and Pete recommended the LVP over hardwood, and I am SO thankful we did! These floors have already gone through a lot with the move and three kids ages 3-8 years old- parents of 3 will understand! These floors don’t have a single scratch or dent. They are seriously indestructible! And the best part is they look beautiful and no one could tell they are not hardwood. These floors have come so far in the last 10-15 years! Our tiles are also very high quality and will probably last forever. Pete is a great guy through and through and he worked hard to get us the best prices!! (And we looked around). If you or your friends or family are in need or new floors, go with The Flooring Warehouse!! You will not be disappointed. I would never go anywhere else! “This past weekend I was shopping and went into the fitting room and somehow misplaced my purse and noticed it mid shopping and quickly told Racquel the cashier and quickly called the manager. Once the manager came told her I tried to ping my phone and heard it and now I couldn't hear it and believe someone has taken my purse, the manager quickly went into her office to review cameras and as she was viewing Bertha from the fitting room had come up to me and stated that a customer had given her the purse and quickly came and got me. I want to shout out to Bertha (fitting room attendant) Racquel (Cashier) and manager sorry I forgot her name but was very attentive. You guys rock and thank you a million times. Best staff ever!!!”
“I LOVE this store! It's my go-to for local merchandise, especially gifts for friends who live out of town. Such an eclectic selection. I have always felt welcomed and appreciated by the friendly staff. Just got some really cute gifts there for a baby shower, and a bridal shower gift for my niece. Plus a beautiful blouse for myself, something I couldn't find anywhere else. Great customer service, and nice to have a store like this in downtown Homewood!”

“The young Hispanic woman at the cashier was an absolute superstar. So personable and helpful. Very encouraging to her other associate working the floor and helping her do other tasks. She had a huge line and was getting everyone out so fast. Genuinely so nice and welcoming. Very disarming. I made sure I let her know when I got to the register as well. I did the survey on the receipt as well to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. Please make sure to give her a raise or promotion. Both is what she really deserves. You all should be very grateful to have her as a team member. She’ll be the reason you have a lot more returning and HAPPY customers. Get her to train other employees too! She’s the best example to lead.”
