“I got my battery installed for $20. The connection had loosened over time so he put a thin lead shim in. Thoroughly cleaned off the posts and connectors with a wire attachment and finished it all off with a generous spray of WD40. He worked quickly, and I couldnt be happier.”
“I’m super impressed! We called ahead, got a quote for a used tire, and pulled up and only waited for 5 minutes or less. They instantly serviced us and the service only took about 10 minutes total, not even!
We were there for under 30 minutes, got our tire instantly replaced and got a GREAT DEAL!

“I had an outstanding experience at the Batteries Plus in Tinley Park thanks to Mike. From the moment I walked into the store, he was extremely professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful.
I came in looking for APU batteries for my semi-truck, and Mike really knew his stuff. He answered every question I had thoroughly and clearly. What stood out the most was that if he didn’t immediately know an answer, he didn’t guess or just tell me anything — he took the time to look it up and make sure I got the correct information. That level of honesty and attention to detail is rare.
On top of that, when I ran into an issue where one of my battery wires wouldn’t quite reach the terminal, Mike didn’t hesitate to walk outside to my truck and assist me directly with the installation. He made sure everything was connected properly and working the way it should. That’s going above and beyond customer service.
I even offered to tip him for his help, and he politely declined, asking instead that I leave him a great Google review. That says a lot about his professionalism and character.
If you’re going to the Batteries Plus in Tinley Park, I highly recommend asking for Mike. He provides top-tier service and truly cares about taking care of his customers.”

“Years ago I met a man named Scooter at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Lansing. He impressed me with his warm welcome, professional expertise, and can-do attitude! He was like a breath of fresh air in the auto retail business. Since that day, I have returned time and time again only to receive the same outstanding customer service, singing his praise to my family and friends. On my most recent shopping visit, there was a little lady sitting on a chair, whose car had overheated. Scooter called a tow truck for her and was taking care of her until they arrived. She was telling me what I already knew, that he is a wonderful human being and amazing representative of O'Reilly's Auto Parts! I've never before left a message like this, and it is long overdue. BEST PLACE IN TOWN! Thank you, Scooter, whom I now call friend.”

“I've had to use this store a couple few times because I'm a single mom and pretty handy so diy is a thing. They were very helpful each time I went including not having a taillight I needed which actually saved me almost $200 by finding it on eBay. Backward compliment but I can't say anything bad and the staff is very helpful.”
