“Emaile, your representative “went the extra mile” in taking care of my issue.
I thought that I had damaged my screen on my iPhone16. Emaile determined that all that I damaged was my screen saver. Upon replacing my screen saver she was not pleased with how the new screen saver was fitting. She proceeded to replace the newly installed screen saver with the Liquid Glass option! I really appreciated her professionalism.

“PS5 had HDMI problems. Took it to two Franchise operations. One tried to sell me an insurance policy and told me to wait 40 days to wait for the policy to take effect because they said it was a motherboard issue. The other had me go into the store just to tell me they don't fix PS5s even though I filled out their online form. Danny took my box, plugged it in, told me he'd have it ready the next day, and sure enough, was ready the next day. True professional, support your local businesses.”
