Our dog jumped up onto the couch directly into the iPad and shattered the screen. It is an older model iPad so it was just a glass replacement. I called and the gentleman told me 2 hours but could be fixed same day. I was excited and shocked. He called with it finished within an hour. I must have caught him at a great time. The price was VERY reasonable and we were thrilled our day wasn't spent trying to find other alternatives.

“PS5 had HDMI problems. Took it to two Franchise operations. One tried to sell me an insurance policy and told me to wait 40 days to wait for the policy to take effect because they said it was a motherboard issue. The other had me go into the store just to tell me they don't fix PS5s even though I filled out their online form. Danny took my box, plugged it in, told me he'd have it ready the next day, and sure enough, was ready the next day. True professional, support your local businesses.”

Great guy, I went in with anything/everything I knew about current deals, sales, and promotions. He gave me an awesome trade in-value on the S22 in exchange for the S26 Ultra.
Walked me through every promotion, and offer available and even those that are in-store specific.
Walked out with a nice new phone, great deal in the screen protector, and case. Even saved me 15bucks a month on my Single Phone service. The deal would have been even better if I added the Home Internet Service.
As of now, if Erick is not the sales representative when I walk-in , I will most likely wait for a day that he is on shift or available to help me with anything I need.
I also had bad gas at the time, and he handled it very professionally ... 😆
