“First time trying out their dog wash today.I'm very Happy I did! it's very clean, the staff was super nice and accommodating. I like that they have raised wash areas and grooming areas to dry the dogs, good water pressure, hoses that you can change the stream and decent dryers. They supply some of the different shampoos that they carry I did try their sensitive one and so far it seems to have caused no irritation for a very sensitive skin dog. I like that they supply more than one towel like some other places do.
Tractor supply company is a little gym in Carpentersville that I often forget about and every time I go I really like it. They hire friendly staff and it's always clean and they have a lot of variety.”

“I wanted to say I drove 35 minutes for some cacti that I fell in love with. Many stores I went to their garden plants were water boarded, dead or literally just sad looking. I arrived to find what I was looking for. They were so beautifully kept. All of the garden section was. The woman that is in charge of it, made a comment about the cacti I had in my cart and said you really like those. I said yes. They have been the best I’ve seen from everywhere. She spoke passionately about maintaining the plants and educated others on their care. We had a quick conversation but she made my day. She in return actually said I made hers better. Another customer was rude to her and she was doing her job from my pov. She then smiled and said thank you. I write this to say. She was an example of an employee that regardless of the circumstances she faced. She enjoyed her job and made sure everyone was taken care of. I didn’t catch her name. But whoever she is. Please know she represents the great employees of your store.”
