“Shout out to Shion (sp?) At FRG post office. This morning she appeared to be a one-man-show and totally handled it like a champ. A very unpleasant patron was in front of me and giving her a hard time. She kept her cool and was professional. Hard to work with the public but she does great!”
“This is probably the best USPS location I have ever used. I am an online seller, ever since I start shipping from this branch, complaint about missing packages and delays had been reduced by a lot. The staffs are organized and helpful. It’s a small place and it gets busy but they do they best they can.”

“For my business, I have to go to the post office M-F most weeks. I moved to Cary IL over the summer. In the past, I would dread going to the post office daily. My post office would constantly create havoc or just be rude and off-putting.
As soon as I stepped into Cary post office for the first time, it was like being teleported to a different dimension. It is so clean and the clerks are so incredibly kind and helpful. They are quick, thorough, knowledge, and above-all, friendly.
The Cary IL post office is a true breath of fresh air. I've shipped hundreds of packages with them since I moved and all have been on track and on time. Beyond that, I truly feel the clerks are some of the nicest & coolest people in the community.
I highly recommend this post office. Truly, thank you for all that you do.”

“I love this post office and the folks who work here. I live in St Charles and go out of my way to come here; the St Charles post office is horrendous, they close during the afternoon when they want, they are rude and take forever even when dropping a simple package. Porsche and Brian are always friendly and helpful every time I come in to drop off items-which I do weekly.”

“I went there yesterday to get my electronic fingerprints taken, the lady who helped me was very helpful, I am sure I am misspelling her name, Dyonne, she is a tall lady with blond hair. Thank You to her for her amazing service.I had gone to Elgin USPS and they didn't want to do the fingerprints, because according to the lady at the counter, they were trained a very very long time ago and the machine "was not working."”

“I’m honestly surprised by all the negative reviews, as thankfully, I’ve never had a bad experience here. I’ve been coming for years, and while the queues and waiting times can be a bit long, I’ve always received excellent service from the only one teller working. The postal service clerk handles everything professionally and efficiently. The place might not be spick and span, but it’s still worth popping back to whenever neccessary.”

“Surprised by the negative reviews in general on this location. My team and I ship out thousands of ground and priority packages a week. Every other week we bring a bath of a few hundred here. We have never had a single package not get scanned or go missing. This location does their job and does it EXCEPTIONALLY. Name the location and I have a complaint about a staff members attitude or lack of accountability when packages disappear after not being scanned… but not this branch. They are friendly 95% of the time and I see too many 1 star reviews of people not realizing that maybe workers are stressed or having a bad day… this location is by far the best USPS location in the NW suburbs. I have been to 25-30 in the last 7-10 years and this is the only branch that does it right and I have nothing but good things to say.”
“Linda is always helpful with answering questions I have about shipping. She speaks with knowledge and makes it simple to understand my needs when shipping. She always says hi and greets you with a smile. I come to this location daily and never have I felt uncomfortable stepping into this location as I have in others. I just want to thank her for all the hard work she puts in day in and day out. Definitely a gem at this location.”

“I love this post office. It’s spacious it’s open. The staff is friendly efficient and accommodating. Crystal is very friendly. If you forget something they’re more than willing to try to find something to help you to seal up a package to address it and there’s never a long line. Go to Palatine you’ll be waiting there for 20 to 30 minutes sometimes.
My only complaint would be the parking spots are kind of far from the door and I need a hip replacement so it takes a little bit for me to get to the front counter, but that’s the only thing that I find wrong with this place
