“I usually like to steer clear of rent to own furniture stores due to my terrible experience with the “other guys” but Alyssa made this experience extremely comforting. She was upfront, honest, and extremely accommodating. My current work schedule is extremely hectic but she made everything super easy by doing everything over the phone with no need for me to come into the store. She was informative the entire time and worked around my work schedule to have the items delivered on my day off. The items were delivered on time and assembly was super quick. 10/10 experience.”

“5G Store is the best! I have been a customer since 2021. I choose 5G Store very time that I need the type of gear that they sell. The reason is simple: 'Stuff happens' ... and when it does, every single time, 5G Store has been there supporting me. Even when a product is out of warranty. Even when another product 'might' be conflicting with their product, they don't blindly pass the buck, they roll up their sleeves and help. Oh, and their tech support is USA based. A great group of guys. Maybe, maybe, if you search around the internet you might, maybe, find an item for slightly less - but don't be short sighted because 'stuff happens' and 5G Store tech support will be there for you. I wish I could give them 10 stars!”

“Incredibly wonderful staff: All super friendly and honest, supportive, helpful individuals. Wonderful and easygoing employees with plenty of high-value background in what they sell. This is the ideal place to donate electronics and get a little money in return. No need to recycle perfectly good electronics when you can bring it here for extra pocket cash instead.”

“We started shopping at target exclusively six months ago or so and couldn’t believe how much better they are on quality and price. They curate their products very well so it’s easy to make a choice as to what to buy. Good and gather brand eggs are $1.69 a dozen! And they taste great! If you have been wondering like us why eggs elsewhere taste really weird and disgusting, you’re not alone. If target keeps doing things this way, we will be customers for life. We save tons of money and find everything we are looking for 99% of the time. Once in awhile they are sold out of things we like but it’s not too often and we don’t like shopping elsewhere. I have noticed the crystal lake target getting busier each time we go there so I know we aren’t alone. In not sure why other stores aren’t as good as target but they should observe how it’s done at target. Couldn’t be happier with the products, prices and people there. Someone knows what they are doing and is doing it very well.”

“I am a disabled veteran for whom exercise is critical in order to remain mobile. Unfortunately, I must exercise in the early morning, when it is often dark. I discovered Panther Vision hats and mobile lights which allow me to walk and jog in the dark without fear of tripping or being hit by a car. I emailed comments to Panther Vision and was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal response from their VP of Operations. I was also asked to provide positive or negative feedback in order to improve their products, with which I am very pleased. The company offers a limited lifetime warranty which covers any defects in material or workmanship. Although the products are made in *****, they are designed in ****** (*********).”

“What a great guy the owner Ladi is, he sold me a pair of Klipsch 4.2 speakers for $300 bucks, what a great deal that was, he is such a nice person to talk to and he has great stories to tell also lol, he took the time to make sure that everything worked properly for me. Ladi has a tremendous selection of stereo components to chose from, so many different manufactures, he makes you feel like your part of the family, I hooked up the Klipsch speakers and to be honest there they best sounding speakers I have ever heard, wow thanks Ladi for your time I look forward to coming back soon!”

“After having a HORRIBLE experience at the Palatine IL store I had called the Crystal Lake IL store and spoke with a kind gentleman named Nick. I had discussed with him what my issue was and without hesitation he told me that he could help. I did drive an hour to get to the store but it was definitely worth it. Nick was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely recommend the Crystal Lake store to anyone looking for a great carrier with exceptional customer service! Thank you Nick! J. Freund”

“Chicago Audio and Video Design have been AMAZING in helping me get set up for the opening of my Caffe! They were always on time and they went out of their way to make sure that I was happy. I have had them out here several times and have never had an issue with them. They even swung by to check on us while working at another shop nearby! Nick, Kleat and Lucas exceeded my expectations as far as customer service and work ethic. I will never use another audio/visual company. I would suggest them 100%!!!!!!!”

“Recently switched from AT&T to Verizon. Stopped in the Hoffman Estates store just to get some information - but ended up walking out with five new phones! Angel and Doug were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The switch went smoothly overall. I did run into a couple minor issues with some phone functions, but went back to the store and Angel quickly resolved everything. Great customer service and a very positive experience!!”

“My chapter had a great experience working with Digital Pix throughout the past three years! Their organization and quick response time prior to taking pictures made the days of photography run smoothly. Their communication with our chapter is excellent and I especially loved working with Kathy Walden, our chapter's photographer this year. She made our members feel comfortable and took their pictures efficiently throughout the time she was there. Our composites continue to look amazing every year and I would highly recommend using Digital Pix for any composites needs!”

“I enjoy shopping at Target and this is one of my favorite. They have plenty of staff to help you out and it's never a problem to find someone to ask a question too. They always have a good number of cashiers working at any given time, so even if there is a line at one register, there will be another one without a wait. This is a great store with a lot to offer. I always find what I need. love the new layout. I was briefly list but found a helper very friendly. I rate my experience here as awesome.”
