They lay everything out in the account agreements, give you a good disclosure statement, and are very helpful whenever you have a problem. I don't even have to go in for half the small issues I've had, it's so nice. When I do go in, staff is friendly and personable, with reasonably quick service. I feel bad for some of the customers I've seen them endure, yet they still keep a positive attitude and a smile on their faces. Not to mention that they have good account offers that meet a variety of different needs.”
