“This Chase bank location is by far the best location in the Champaign-Urbana area. We are always greeted by the Branch Manager, Johnathan, and when he isn’t with customers he opens the door for customers entering in.
The bank tellers are very swift & professional.
The facility is clean, and well mannered.
Today we were greeted and helped by Johnathan with a scheduled appointment regarding our accounts. He was able to fulfill our needs and clearly explain everything we had questions on. He was kind, personal, and compassionate.”
