“Disc Replay is a great place to both sell and buy used video games. They have a lot of other products as well. What keeps us coming back are the great prices for both buying and selling, quality and guarantee, and the customer service. One gentleman in particular is very knowledgeable, helpful in guiding kids for appropriate games (recommend Common Sense Media to us!), and answers all my kid's 8 million questions kindly. Honestly, I don't even go anywhere else, even if there are other options.”

Just awesome. I was flailing trying to get the TV I wanted that was last year's model and becoming much harder to find. I reached out to Good Vibes based off a listing on their web site that they may still have it. Steve the owner reached out to me personally that they had just sold their last unit of that model, but he also checked with Sony and they still had a couple hundred left in the warehouse so he ordered one for me (thank you, Steve!).
I also had them handle the install. I was a little nervous to do the install myself. Have mounted plenty of TVs in the past on my own but we have a brick fireplace and I was just hinky about boogering it up so was willing to pay someone to professionally do it. Plus I have small kids now so I'm willing to outsource more complex household projects these days lol. The install was just totally smooth and perfect.
Jason and the other gentleman that came out to my house were super cool, professional, respectful of my home and did the install as good or better than I could have possibly hoped. Jason took the time to measure properly and make sure everything was dead center and just lined up perfect and they did it exactly how I wanted with the soundbar on the mantle and everything.
They even took the time to set up the TV for me. I'm tech savvy and could have handled it myself. In fact, I'm usually the one in my family who gets stuck doing this when someone else buys a TV. It was nice to have someone do it for me for a change lol - they could have just handed me the remote and left. It was helpful too because I was upgrading from a TV that was 13 years old so I wasn't familiar with the OS on the new Sony TVs. Both guys took the time to answer some of my questions and help me find a few of the settings like making sure to turn off ambient light sensor, etc. And he took the time to run a scan with my antenna for me and show me how the guide worked. Again, completely above and beyond my expectations.
The price was also totally fair given the amount of work they did. In the past I've always just done my own homework on what TV or entertainment equipment I wanted and then just purchased from whatever online outlet I could find it the cheapest, then handled the install myself. But from now on I'm just gonna call up Good Vibes. I'll buy everything I can here from now on.”

“I appreciated that no one tried to upsell me here. Just needed the plastic knut replaced on my guitar, which I play for fun, and that's what I got. I also got it restrung while it was in, and it turned out my fingerboard needed to be glued down. So all that for about $50. I would have preferred to be called before the fingerboard work was done, which didn't happen, so maybe just mention you'd prefer to be contacted for any additional repairs. However, for this work another place in town started at $150, which I'm sure is reasonable for professional players, but it wasn't for me. Anyway, I was happy with the repair and service I received.”
