“I appreciated that no one tried to upsell me here. Just needed the plastic knut replaced on my guitar, which I play for fun, and that's what I got. I also got it restrung while it was in, and it turned out my fingerboard needed to be glued down. So all that for about $50. I would have preferred to be called before the fingerboard work was done, which didn't happen, so maybe just mention you'd prefer to be contacted for any additional repairs. However, for this work another place in town started at $150, which I'm sure is reasonable for professional players, but it wasn't for me. Anyway, I was happy with the repair and service I received.”
