“I was in the store on Tuesday . I had a bad experience with Francisco. But ended up working with Joe and he did a fantastic job. He deescalating me and calming me down and get me fixed up change my way of thinking of the store. I have worked in costumer service for over 40 years. Joe is a great guy if you ever have an issue he knows his stuff and is so very kind HE will keep me coming back to that store”

“The customer service I received from from Liz at the Champaign Tmobile was next level. I watched her clean the lent out of my phone so she could charge it for the data transfer and she gave me frequent updates while I waited. As someone who is also in customer service I felt very taken care of. Please give Liz a raise!!!”
