“Audrey is so very knowledgeable and helpful, patient and kind. She will solve problems and keep at till a result is found. I am so satisfied with Verizon but they definitely need to get more comfortable seating for the customer and the staff. Us elderly people are miserable on the metal stools with no back support does not compare to the soft padded chairs that used to be there. Sorry to complain but when you get to 80 you get brave (or stupid) 😂 just sayin”
